Dr. Branch is a good doctor actually he is a wonderful doctor. I have no issues with him. He has been there for my daughters vision since 2013 and he has done a wonderful job. Now his staff is a different situation. The wait time is always over 45 minutes long. This will my last time taking my daughter to this clinic. I witnessed one of his staff members showing my childs chart to the front desk receptionist and laughing. I know it was my childs chart because we had just sat down, she still had her chart in her hands, she said its the last patient (she was the last patient) and she said her age. That was very unprofessional of her.

Very good customer service from the reception, nurses, and doctor. I came in for a chalazion check up and the doctor was able to remove it very comfortably and quickly. I would highly recommend this practice. I have been a patient for over 15 years.

Would give a 0 stars if possible. First appointment, not crowded but its already been an hour and 10 minutes
