The people who work here, I have no complaints about. I am disappointed in the billing department and how they billed my insurance company. I went in for a visit and had some lab work done. I had to come back because the doctor didnt want to remove all my moles at once, so I came back a week later. The billing department billed my insurance company an office visit with my lab for the first time and then just billed my labs the second time around, which caused my insurance not to pay any of my labs the second time around. They did not bill it correctly and refuse to fix the issue. If I wouldve known this would happen, I wouldve had her remove all of them at once or went somewhere else to do it. I will not be returning for this reason.
