I have to tell you, after reading these reviews I would think this guy was not a good doctor. THANK GOD I have been going to him was before the internet was a thing. If you are looking for someone to take care of you and tell you what you have or what you need to do? Then this guy is for you. If you are looking for someone to call you every day to see if your nose has stopped running? well then maybe keep looking. I am sure he is not perfect but there is no way he deserves the comments two of his hundreds of patients have left. As far as I am concerned this man has always done everything I have ever paid him to do.

My mother decided to go with Dr Koepke as her GP, as he worked with her while he had been doing rounds at Parma Hospital. Now, in the last couple of months, youre lucky to get a real person to answer the phone. Theyre claiming to be closed in an answering service message, when they clearly state by the hours that theyre open. They dont return calls. They dont call your pharmacy...Or, when they do, it takes two plus weeks and youre out of your prescription. I wish they worked like an assembly line like the other reviewer states. At least theyd have some reliability then.

Non-caring, assembly line doctor., spent about 10 seconds with me during a 2 day hospital stay. never called to ask how I was doing, charged way too much for his 10 seconds.
