My husband Dennis has had surgery not once but twice with Dr .Springer and his incredible staff. Hands down great experiences both times. Staff is bright and engaged, communicate well, surgery center care is excellent. The quality of the anesthesia staff in controlling post operative pain allowed us to come home from a total hip replacement and have pain control!! Undivided attention from both Dr. Springer and his PA and their expertise is just unbelievable. Dont get me wrong this office is really busy, you can see it but you do NOT feel it. As a medical professional I have the utmost respect for Dr. Springer, and his team, they are second to NONE!! Dont look any further, this is the place to be taken care of.

From the scheduling to my appointment, everything was a well oiled machine. The people at the front desk checking in were extremely welcoming. The facility is clean and welcoming. The tech doing my x-rays communicated expectations and direction very clearly. Every single person I came into contact with was kind and professional. And last but not least, Dr. Springer was succinct and knowledgeable in walking me through my current situation and potential needs moving forward. They have since followed up as they said they would and have set clear expectations on what to expect when I go in for my MRI. In an age where customer service is lagging, its refreshing to have had this experience...at a doctors office no less.

Excellent physician! Sincerely cares about his patients. He takes time to explain exactly what the injury repair or joint replacement entails. He listens to your questions & answers them. My experience with other surgeons was not like that! They pop in & out so fast that I ended up with so many questions. I prefer askinng them instead of having to ask the nurse or other staff. His staff is also very caring & efficient. I have always been greeted by name in a pleasant manner. I would recommend Dr. Springer to anyone seeking an experienced & caring orthopedist. Hes the best in the SW!

Dr. Springer helped my husband two years ago when he suffered from bursitis so when I had trouble with my knee he was the first person to call. My appointment was on time and I was surprised by the efficient manner the office was run. I was X-Rayed, interviewed by a nurse and then a PA about my knee problem. The doctor came in last and told me what he recommended for treatment. I was very impressed by the staff and the whole process from beginning through to the payment.

This is julie. Its day 3 post surgery. Dr Springer: wonderful Staff: excellent At home: day following surgery. Surgical pain: minimal PT doing well, walking ( a little ou-y ) every hour. Coordination before during and after: seamless. Lee Memorial ortho floor: a pleasant surprise. Very well staffed. Important message to propective patients: do the pre-op exercises as much as you possibly can. It makes a huge difference. This is so much better than I expected.

I visited Dr. Springer for increasing knee pain. Interacted with a number of individuals during my visit from reception to x-ray to Dr.s assistant and, of course, the doctor himself. All were professional, knowledgeable and, as a bonus, friendly. I received a cortisone injection in my right knee and am happy to report that the pain is almost completely gone today. I am very impressed with Dr. Springer and his practice team.

My experience at Orthopedic Specilaists was a very positive one. I felt that Dr Springer cared about me and would do his best to improve my knee problem. The entire staff that I worked with seemed to have time for me and helped me through the entire examination. I knew that they were busy, but they took their time and allowed me to take mine. Dr. Springer, and his team, evaluated my knee yesterday. Dr. Springer injected it with guided technology. I felt very little pain during injection, and am walking/bending knee a day later without pain. OSSWF has a very professional staff that really care about customer service, and patient satisfaction. By far the best experience ever. I am so terrified of needles. He handled me with care every visit. I have never experienced a shot that didnt hurt until I met Dr. Springer. He even makes sure I never see the actual needle. Staff always pleasant. And most of all I dont have to wait hours in the waiting room to be seen!

Everything went well except for the really long wait to see the Dr. However he explained that during the season it is Always busy. He very kindly said we could come back another day for the cortisone shot. I thanked him and just pushed on through. Dr. Springer was very good and kind. .

My appt was 9:15 and they called me a little before. I didnt have to wait on the dr and received my injection shorly after seeing the dr. I did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend. My husband has had both knees replaced by Dr. Springer and was back playing golf in 5 weeks!

Was a good experience. Didnt have to wait too long. Liked that X-rays were taken before seeing dr. So he was able to review them before seeing me. Need MRI. Already scheduled for this week so glad I dont have to wait. Overall happy with visit and quick scheduling of MRI.

I have had 2 knee replacements with Dr. Springer. Both went extremely well. If anyone ever asks me about joint replacement, I automatically recommend Dr. Springer and Orthopedic Specialists. I have also seen Dr. Richards for my elbow. He was just as great.
