Dr. Casola immediately grasped the complex nature of my husbands injuries and took the time to explain it to us in a way we could understand. He approached the challenge holistically, ordering reasonable tests that no doctor had ordered in our five long years of searching for answers. Based on the results, he cancelled a surgery suggested by another doctor and ordered lymphedema boots for daily use. That was six months ago and already the change is dramatic. Dr. Casola could not offer my husband a pain-free life but we have hope for quality of life, and I credit Dr. Casola for this.

An extremely knowledgeable and to the point surgeon. After being in and out of the hospital for a badly infected leg, recieving many different diagnosis, I was finally told I would have to have surgery. The first surgeon was going to cut me...but was in over his head so he referred me to dr. Casola. Thank God because Dr. Casola immediately correctly diagnosed me and made everything make sense. He told me I didnt need surgery, increased my pain meds (which I needed) and sent me down the fast path to recovery.

This man is amazing, it has been almost 10 years since my accident and if it were not for his knowledge and ability to fix me I am not sure what might have happened. He has such a background that it allows him to be able to treat many different things. I have referred many people to him and they have gotten the same results. AMAZING!!

Dr.Casola is a WONDERFUL doctor!!! Very knowledgeable! He saved my husbands foot... he has released my De Quervain with a needle and it has been about 2 years & no issues. Highly recommend Dr.Casola...May he never grow old and never retire!

Dr. Casola saved my mothers leg. I am so glad he was brought in to consult by the vascular surgeon. If not , she would have lost her leg. I cannot praise him enough. Would recommend to anyone. He loves a challenge.
