I needed help with this doctor to file a claim with va. I had my army medical records with me. My arny entry exam showed normal feet. My ets exam showed my left foot abnormal with specific notes. The records also showed five visits in service, with the last record suggesting corrective surgery at va hospital be done after service. My x-rays showed exactly what was noted in my military recirds and the problem occurred in service. Dr. Butler refused to look at my records and refused to write a nexus letter for me. He was rude. His charge was 200.00. I mentioned he was not going to help me with my claim but was going to take my money. He did just that.

Horrible !! People do NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! BAD!!! I went there with my broken toe, Dr Butler was very Rude!!!! On top of everything he didnt do NOTHING for my toe! He just TAPED my toes together and send me home. 2 month later my insurance charge me 79.00$ for that !when i called and ask what is going on, my insurance told that code what DR. BUTLER made a claim was a surgical code!!! BUT I DIDNT have NO SURGERY!!! Then I called WATSON CLINIC, and they would NOT work with me! I PAID OFF MY BALANCE AND CANCEL ALL MY APPOINTMENTS !!! NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE!!

By far my favorite doctor. He talks to you like a person and takes the time to answer questions. His staff is above and beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I lived in pain everyday and he fixed me right up. I strongly recommend him.
