I have always hated, hated, HATED going to the dentist. Painful, expensive, inconvenient.. pretty much how a lot of people feel. Went to Dr. Devor because I had (yet another) tooth fragmenting. It had been years since Ive seen a dentist, so we had some work to do. Xrays went well, scraping was incredibly precise and pain free. When it came to filling the tooth that was broken, it was incredibly simple and quick. At other dentists, I felt like I was being manhandled and contorted. Dr. Devor and his staff were very gentle and took great care (and hopefully pride) in making this as comfortable experience as it could be. However the thing I loved the most was the cost/insurance aspect of this. Previously, when Id gone to the dentist, I turned over my insurance and then weeks later got the exorbitant bill. This time, they had my insurance and ran the numbers BEFORE work was done. Ill never understand why hospitals dont tell you what its going to cost to get something done. Like at a restaurant, you dont order something and then find out how much it costs when youre done (or anywhere else really). Actually, I do understand why hospitals do this. Regardless, I was shown a listing of what was going to be done, what the list price was, the negotiated price, and the price that insurance was covering. Again, this is BEFORE I had any work done. The price was fair, insurance covered more than Id anticipated, and I was fully educated on price and process before we started. This, THIS is what it should be like. Kudos to Greg and his staff for being extremely welcoming, kind, courteous, professional, precise, and fair. I wish that all of my health issues went this perfectly. Im still blown away by how positive an experience this was.

Let’s be honest, nobody likes going to the dentist. But since it’s a necessary evil (for bi-yearly cleanings and especially when something hurts), I highly RECOMMEND Dr. Greg DeVor DDS. He is a very kind and compassionate individual who knows how to put you at ease. His method of giving novocaine is AMAZING! It doesn’t seem to “hurt” as much as expected. Speaking from experience (I have too many fillings to count) - I have never been to another dentist who knows how to give novocaine like Dr. DeVor does. His assistant Dorina is also very kind and compassionate and they work so well together! His Hygienists (we’ve only had experience with Eric & Dana) are awesome! Both are very good at what they do, and very personable too! Of course his office runs smoothly because of Michelle, his Office Manager. From appointments to insurance matters, Michelle is wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Greg DeVor DDS and his entire staff. You can even play the Pac-Man Arcade Game in his waiting room on a full-size machine (no quarters needed). If you’re looking for a dentist, you need to check out his practice. You won’t be sorry!!

When I relocated back to the Northern Ohio area I tried three different dental practices before finding Greg DeVor, DDS. The service and staff are great! Notably on time. When I have an appointment for 11am, I am seen, on time at 11am. Some of the other dental offices I had been to spammed my phone with constant calls, texts and emails. With one in particular calling every couple days for nearly two weeks. When I have an upcoming appointment at DeVors I usually get one reminder text to confirm the appointment a few days before. Perfect, just enough to remind me. Also, they were happy to make payment arrangements with me for a rather expensive procedure. No hassle at all. There is a reason you see so many positive reviews of this practice on the web. I was a little skeptical at first too given my bad track record with other offices. Im extremely happy with the service of Greg DeVors dental offices and expect to be a patient with them for a long time to come. Highly Recommended! Give them a try!

I visited Dr. DeVor a couple weeks ago for the first time. I had fallen behind on my cleanings while in college and wanted to establish a new dentist for regular cleanings. Before I even met Dr. DeVor I could tell I would be staying with his practice. The staff are some of the most genuinely polite and helpful people I have encountered in any medical office. My wait was less than 10 minutes. The dental hygienist who took care of me was amazing and Dr. DeVor was one of the most down to earth doctors you can encounter. Ill be returning soon to have a cavity filled and their billing person talked with me about the costs and gave me a printed quote before I left. Also, it is beyond me how no previous review mentioned the fact that they have a MS. PAC-MAN machine in the lobby. I definitely found my new dental practice.

Dr. Devor has been my dentist for a number of years now. He, his dental hygienist, and staff are great! They are professional, friendly, and very genuinely nice and easy to talk to. Like all people, I was apprehensive about first visiting a new health care professional. the entire staff put me at ease immediately. In the years I have been seeing them, they have never disappointed. I work in the health care field, and I wish all my the people I come in contact with both personally and professionally could take lessons from this office. I always feel my care is handled with the highest degree of excellence and professionalism. The procedures done have always been comfortable; and have never been disappointing, shoddy, or incomplete. I give Dr. Devor and his staff my highest recommendation.

Dr. DeVor and his staff are fantastic! For my first appointment, I accidentally wrote down the wrong time and was en route when they called to re-schedule me. Because I was already on my way, they waited for me (after hours, as I learned when I got there) and were just awesome. I was really embarrassed because Im normally a punctual person, but they treated me as though I had showed up as scheduled. They are incredibly friendly. Not only are they a friendly staff, but also very professional and great at what they do. My teeth require some extra attention, as I have a health concern, and I have seen manyyyy dentists throughout my life. Dr. DeVor has provided me with excellent care and my teeth look and feel great. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Greg and his staff make going to the dentist fun. My wife has always been afraid, like most people, about her semi-annual trips to the dentist, but now she looks forward to them. Everyone at the office is very friendly. If you have an appointment, you will not wait past your scheduled time. The straight forward pricing helps you understand what you are paying for ahead of time. And there "customer service" is as good as it gets, they will treat you super nice. Reminders about appointments, gift cards for recommendations, and greeting you by name when you get to the office. I have recommended Dr. Greg to friends and colleagues, and I will continue to do so.

I cant think of any time in my life that I have actually considered recommending a dentist until now. I have a large history of dental work and a great dislike of many of my past dentists; however, Dr. DeVor and his wonderful staff have changed that. Everyone in the office is friendly, courteous, and truly professional. I find myself not only relaxed while Im there, but no longer dreading my semi-annual checkups. Along with my checkups, I have had some minor work done, including replacing an old filling and teeth whitening and all of my experiences have been positive. I would highly recommend Dr. DeVor to anyone in need of a dentist.
