Every time I go here the front desk staff is nice enough but the doctor is short, will not listen to any problems and forms her own opinion on what is going on versus actually listening. I ALWAYS have to call them back to remind them to refill my prescriptions right after I had an appointment to do just that process. I say close it all down, Lakewood Hospital is just as bad if not worse. I had to wear a heart monitor as they thought I was having issues and once I turned it in they had me rush to the nearest cardiologist the very next morning stating it was imperative I get there ASAP. After going in the very next morning worried and exhausted from not sleeping I was told by the cardiologist that they had read the results all wrong and if their interpretation was correct I should have been dead at least 5 times while I was wearing the monitor. Save yourself some worrying and take the extra drive to the newer clinic in Avon, I cannot tell you how efficient, polite, and professional the whole staff is at making you feel like you matter and they listen to your concerns.

Pretty terrible experience. I got there at 7:45 for an 8am appointment, the doctor was late to work and was not in the building so I didnt get helped from another doctor until almost 9. I paid my $20 co-pay prior to the visit, then was billed 3 month later for the $20 again. I called to clear it up, and was told that they issued a refund check in error to me and that Id have to pay again, I explained that I didnt have the check and didnt cash it and they told me they couldnt do anything and directed me to customer service to resolve it. They could have saved a client in 10 seconds by at least trying to help fix their error, but instead they decided to go the patronizing route and act like I was the problem.

It took 20 minutes to make my poor, sick, old uncle an appointment. The customer service rep and her supervisor told me it was against HIPPA policy to make someone an appointment. I was not asking for any of my uncles medical information. He texted me because he was out of minutes on his phone and he was in extreme pain. I merely wanted to make him an appointment. It is NOT against HIPPA policy to make someone an appointment. I am very disappointed in the level of service I received this morning.

If I could give less stars I would. Dont go. If you try you one, wont get seen or two, wont get seen at any time you actually need. Once youre seen, the doctors are patronizing and always in a hurry, as if Im an inconvenience. Ive seen three of them there too! The front staff is horribly rude and unfriedly. I dont understand how these people can be associated with Cleveland clinic, speaking from a perspective of an employee there myself at the main hospital.

I was surprised to see negative reviews since I have had excellent customer service here from both the front desk staff and the doctors. I have been a patient there for years and never had a bad experience. They try hard to give you a same day appt when you are sick and the nurse I spoke with recently when I had a question was very helpful

Saw the nurse for a few minutes to take my vitals - just wanted some antibiotics. The doctors looks at my mouth for my tooth ache and writes me an $8 prescription than charges almost $300 for leas than 30 minutes being there. RIP OFF! Cleveland Clinic is a bane on Ohio - raising prices for care just to lay for their expansions...
