I was discharged from Dr Jakobs service abruptly after being treated horrible by her staff. Her staff repeatedly lied, was rude, did not listen to a word I said, did not return phone calls. Dr Jacobs being a physician should be a patient advocate and contact a patient before discharging then from her practice and want to know BOTH sides of the story before just thinking her staff is always right. Her staff never returned phone calls, dose not know proper doses of medications. I currently tried to make an appointment to be seen to get more antibiotics for an affection and was told I need to go to urgent care. My insurance does not cover urgent care. So thank you Dr Jacob for leaving me without a DR and an infection all because your staff has poor attitude.

I have been a Patient at this location for a few years and generally the service was acceptable but lately and this is the second time I have TRIED CALLING TO TRY TO SEE Dr JAKOBS AS I WAS IN BAD PAIN, I THEN SWITCHED Me TO THE Nurses QUARTERS AND i Left A MESSAGE FOR THEM TO PLEASE GET BACK TO ME, as of today I have nor heard anything. I have mentioned the poor service I received on another occasion to Dr Jakob and she supported her staff . I felt like I had to prove I was nor lying. I guess I will have to find another primary doctor. I wonder how many more people received this kind of treatment and say nothing !!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Jakobs for almost 2 years now...I find it easy to get an appointment, she is very detail oriented, will spend any amount of time needed with you to answer questions. There have been times where I wanted to try different approaches then her recommendations and she has no problems accommodating requests....typically I prefer natural solutions over prescriptions and pills. The ladies in the office are all very nice. I think if you are in Clermont and seeking a great primary care...Dr. Jakobs is an awesome choice.

The staff is very friendly. Dr. Jakob and ARNP Stacey Rivera are very professional with a lot of knowledge. Here you dont feel rushed, they take as long as you need to take care of your condition. I was with another doctor before for way too long. The only reason I stayed with him was that we loved his PA but after he left my whole family (5) left too. We are real lucky that we found Dr. Jakob, she have made a world of difference in our lives
