So today was the first time I have ever been here. I called at 11am as a new patient hoping to get an appointment today knowing it was a long shot. I am 41 weeks pregnant and getting induced this Sunday. Needless to say it was today or never. I was in horrible pain that made it difficult to walk, sit, stand, pretty much do anything involving moving my legs. My doctor told me I should see a chiropractor so I called them hoping against all odds they could do something for me. Low and behold the receptionist heard what I was going through and she immediately said come in right now. I was so shocked! So I grabbed my 3 year old daughter and headed over. When we got there everyone was unbelievably nice, even though they basically made a spot for me out of no where I didnt have to wait very long. The doctor was sooo nice, very friendly, and can I just say that after he did his adjustments I feel so much better. I was able to get into my car without wanting to cry for the first time in weeks. It was beautiful. Not only did he make me feel so much better but everyone was so awesome with my daughter. She can be a handful and they were so good to her. All in all I had a crazy wonderful experience and I will never go anywhere else. I will be going back in the near future and I cant wait. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again!!

Recommended to me by a friend, I began seeing Dr. Alexander because of some lower back pain and arm pain. His treatments have helped immensely with both of these areas. His approach is holistic, hes friendly and approachable, and he gets to know his patients. Hes efficient, and he also takes the time to explain what hes doing and why - I really appreciate that about him. He builds rapport by taking a genuine interest in his patients. I trust him completely. His staff members are incredibly kind, customer focused, and just plain fun to work with. I always feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

Dr. Alexander does a terrific job to gain a full comprehensive view of his clients overall health. He covers everything from sleeping habits, excercise habits, etc. to get to the root of what you may be experiencing in pain or discomfort. Ive lived and two other cities and always try to get back to his practice when Im back to Columbus but I have yet to find another Chiropractor that I trust and like as much as Dr. A.

Dr. Alexander is the only chiropractor Ive seen (in 15 years) who has actually helped me get over chronic pain and have less chiropractic visits over time. He is not willing to do the same thing over and over again and hope for a better result. He really wants to see a good, lasting outcome. He is thorough, kind, listens, willing to try different techniques. Highly recommend him!
