If you want me to tell the true. I would rate this Chiropractice with no star at all. This is the most unprofessional practice. First walk in the staffs are not professional. Every question you asked, she needs to go back and ask the Chiropractice. As the other reviewer mentioned, I have the same experience. This Chiropractice who care about how to collect patient most insurance money than concern the patients need. He kept telling me that if I dont take x-ray or exam then I cant do any adjustment due the the insurance policy, eventhough I am a return client within a year. From then on, I left and went to the other Chiropractice where my insurance recommended. No x-ray was taken by the other Chiropractice. I told this new Chiropractice for what happened and why I left Midwest. The new Chiropractic told me x-ray is not always necessary and it depends the clients condition and need. For my conditions he can feel nothing wrong, but a good spinal adjusement for maintainance. He contacts my insurance without any problem for not having the x-ray done. This Midwest is just nothing but money sucker from insurance. Besides, compare with the other two Chiropractice I went, this is the most unprofessional and have the oldest equipments. The place is kind of filthy and messy. The reason that I went there cause it is very closed to my work place. I have make a such a mistake without checking the rating. Now with the insurance recommended and research the rating with the Chiropractice. It really helps me to choose the most wonderful Chiropractice in my neighborhood. So, please do you own favor and look the Chiropractice up and read review before you find a good practice. My 2 cent!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM DR MANZ. If it werent for Asia at the front desk I would be lost right now. Dr Manz could not be bothered with me at all. Actually when I kindly asked him to write me a referral to the OSU Spine Center he went off on me and lectured me about HIPAA, which I am well aware of being in the Medical field myself.. However, when I asked him why he was so upset with me he continued to rant about how he doesnt have time to look over my case and thats not how referrals work. Even though, after talking to OSU before and after his call, all they want is at least a fax saying I had been seen by his office and was being referred to them. His downright disrespect for my non urgent need made me feel like crap. He was absolutely rude and uncalled for and when I called him out on it, he began to raise his voice and go off on me again and this time he hung up on me!! When I called back and asked for the HR department, Asia was very apologetic as if she has seen this behavior before. I am glad I am no longer a patient of theirs. Clearly all he cares about is the pay and not the patients care. I will NOT be recommending him to anyone ever and I will be speaking to my attorney on the matter. He should be ashamed of himself. If his workload is so much that he cant so much as say "I will get to it when I can", which is ALL I was asking and made it very clear this is not an urgent matter.. Maybe he shouldnt be taking on so much then. Or hire an HR person! Anyways. I am highly disappointed and absolutely disapprove of this mans service. RETIRE ALREADY YOU GRUMPY ASS TOOL. GOOD LORD.

Dr Manz and his staff have been great to work with. Several years ago my daughter had shoulder issues due to the repetitive nature of her sport, swimming. When we were advised by orthopedic doctors to do at the minimum rehab, and possibly surgery, Dr Manz advised chiropractic adjustment and therapeutic exercise. I will admit that we went the route of rehab first, and after 6 weeks with minimal improvement, returned to Dr Manz. After the first session my daughter reported that she slept thru the night without neck pain for the first time in years. With in three weeks we saw noticeable improvement. We truly regret not starting with this treatment plan earlier. Several years later I had some lower back pain while playing golf and did not even hesitate to call Dr Manz and his staff. After a thorough examination Dr Manz devised a treatment plan that relieved my pain and discomfort. We have referred several of our friends and family to Midwest Chiropractic.

I have been coming to the center for almost 2 years now. It helps me treat my sciatica. Dr. Manz has years of knowledge and experience behind him and it shows in his technique. His bedside manner is great and he is easily approachable for asking questions to. I always feel better after my visits with him! Ted the massage therapist has an excellent bedside manner and always makes me smile! The office staff, Asia, Darlene and Tracy, are all so friendly, quick and helpful. I enjoy seeing them. The office is clean. The center accommodates my work schedule very well and works hard to make sure I am seen quickly so that I can make it to work on time. I would highly recommend this chiropractic center.

Fantastic staff! As someone with 20 years of chronic back pain due to an injury, I was pretty skeptical about using a chiropractor to not necessarily fix my back but to relieve some of the pain of just everyday tasks such as sitting, picking up my cats, taking out the trash, etc etc. My husband had been a patient of Dr. Manz for years and finally convinced me it was worth a shot. Well I am glad I did. Not only is my pain subsiding but I feel all around better everyday. The staff is phenomenal, kind, understanding and so friendly. Dr. Manz made me feel very comfortable and has made me believe that I will feel better and pain free! I would give 10 stars if I could!

This is the very best place to go when you are hurting or trying to keep the hurt off! Dr. Manz is the very best and I have traveled the world, needing chiropractic help occasionally in many countries. Although they can help slightly, Dr. Manz is the answer for long-term pain relief and is the very best I have ever used. The office is very nice and the staff are superb! His equipment is star of the art and he is a very caring and professional doctor. Give him a try and you will agree with me. Thanks Midwest for the very best care!!!!

To be completely honest, I was not a believer in chiropractors. But, when I pinched a nerve in my back and my doctor was no help I went to Dr. Manz. I could not lift my arms above my waist because it made my back hurt so bad. After a thorough exam and X-rays he provided a complete explanation and showed me what was causing my pain and the necessary treatment. Treatment 100% successful. Pain is gone & have full range of mobility. Feeling great. I am now a believer. Excellent service and staff. Highly recommend!!!!!

Amazing people!! The staff and Physicians of this office care very deeply about the health of their patients. Tracey is a ray of sunshine greeting you as you walk in the door, Dr. Manz has the greatest sense of humor and a huge heart, and Dr. Bruney is very sweet and kind. Dr. Manz eased all my fears of having an adjustment, and whenever I needed his help, he was always there. These doctors go out of their way to accommodate their patients! Hands down the best place to receive chiropractic care!!
