If you read no more than one sentence of my review, take this away: GO TO THIS OFFICE! Hands down the best healthcare staff ever. Ive dealt with headaches and pain in my neck, shoulders, and back for years, as well as a recent car accident. Every person at this office is friendly, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgable. I receive amazing care while Im there and they send me home with daily treatments and routines to relieve the pain and continue my recovery, so their help doesnt just stop when you walk out the door. Dr. Dean and Dr. Thomas are brilliant and answer any questions you have. The girls at the desk are super sweet, smart and accomodating. Their massage therapists all have magic hands and impressive knowledge of the way muscles work together and how to treat them. Just an all-around special group of people and I owe them so much. I feel better and better each day. Ive finally gotten the pain to a level where I can focus more at work and even have begun regularly working out, which I havent been able to do in a long time because of the pain. Thank you, Graceland Chiropractic!!

I used Graceland Chiropractic after my car accident and was totally pleased. I liked that they waited 3 days after my car wreck to invite me to their office. Many people called the next day when it was still a blur and I couldnt even get off the couch yet. I liked that their office/equipment/rooms/restroom was very very clean. The 3 doctors and all the staff were always so friendly, kind and concerned. They were flexible and understanding when I was late for an appointment. I healed nicely in my 12 visits.

This is my first experience going to a chiropractor. I visited throughout my pregnancy to help with my hip pain and prepare for delivery. My pain was gone immediately after my first visit and throughout my pregnancy and I had a very easy delivery! Everyone in the office is very kind and attentive, and very sensitive to your schedule. I would come in the middle of the work day and often had to get back to the office quickly - they were extremely accommodating! I would 100% recommend!

Im a new patient. Thus far, I can say they are the easiest chiropractic office I have ever visited to make appointments and plan my care. They are far more affordable than anywhere else, accept several insurance plans, and give the best care. The chiropractors are very professional, very easy to talk to, listen to and genuinely care about their patients. I really have nothing but good to say about them. And I feel so much better after my visit.

Ive seen chiropractors before but none of them have compared to the professionals at Graceland. Their staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The doctors are amazingly thorough, esp Dr Bo, and very good at explaining the anatomy of the spine, whats normal and whats not, and what you can do at home and in terms of chiropractic care to improve the health of your spine. Your overall health will be reflected in the health of your spine.

I knew I needed to get back to a Chiropractor after moving to Columbus, but waited, too long. Called Graceland Chiropractic, got in the same day, had a thorough consultation and then x-rays and an adjustment. Immediately felt better! Returned the next day, reviewed x-rays and was adjusted again. WHY did I wait. This is a great office and Im so glad Im BACK on the right track!

When I went into the office I was very nervous, but the lovely women at the front desk helped to ensure I knew exactly who the doctors were and what they do. The Chiropractic services provided here are a magnitude better than those offered with my previous Doc. They are more thorough, communicate exceptionally well and are meticulous about identifying where corrections are needed and applying the therapy to correct them. This is what Chiropractic care should be...working to heal instead of temporary relief.
