After only 2 short seconds of my phone breaking up due to bad service, Amber (who supposedly works in their insurance department) rudely hung up on me. Her lack of patience speaks very loudly and expresses her lack of empathy and professionalism with patients. People like this do not care about people/patients at all and should not be working with potentially ill patients, like myself.

Horrible wait times and Dr. Wood she slow as a ant, you will be there all day! 3 people walked out while I was there, and the the 2 ladies at the front desk are clueless and do not help speed up the process . I never got better cause chiropractic is a scam based on a outdated opinion! All they do is crack your back, save time and money and there are excercises at home to do this easily.

I highly do not recommend this place or their services due to waiting over a hour to see Dr. Wood. Thank God I have found another place that is caring for me.
