I was going here, and all five of my siblings since we were babies, but since bringing my son here I have not been getting good service. I have had too many incidents with the office. Their professionalism has really decreased. One thing I hate is that I schedule an appointment and be waiting to see a doctor for two hours, I should never be leaving the doctors office three hours later for something so simple as a well check visit. My first bad experience was when my son was 4 months, he had a serious cough that made him gag and vomit for about a month. Took him to the doctors about two weeks of this cough and was treated as asthma. The treatments I was given was not working. Two weeks later he started to get a really high temp of 102. Took him back still continued to treat as asthma, did not look at all the signs and symptoms and did no further test. I finally took him to the urgent care and he had pneumonia. My second incident he had a really bad cough. I took him to the urgent care and they stated the routine asthma medicine he was taking wasnt working, and that he needed a higher dosage or something different. I took him to his primary care doctor specifically for that and he said he was going to change his dosage and send it to the pharmacy. Went to pick up the prescription two days later and was never sent in, so I called to have it sent in. It was the same medicine but suppose to be different dosage and chewable pill. We got the same dosage. So when I call the nurse hotline at the office she tell me my concerns were never charted and he was already on the highest dosage, he needed something new. The last draw was when I come in for a sick appointment and they refused to see my son for an unknown balance that I had on my account for over a year. They tell me they sent a letter and assumed I got. When I call to speak to an administrator she was argumentative without listening to what I had to say. Then she looks at his chart and see that their was nothing charted about me being notified about these charges. I was just there less than a month ago and all his other appointments and nobody talked to me about the charges. Not only did my son miss his sick appointment for their negligence but I couldnt get another appointment for 2-3 weeks

My 2 girls have been patients here for years. When I had my youngest daughter 6 years ago Dr. Watkins came up to the hospital the same evening to check up on her, which I thought was awesome. The physicians here care about their kids. I chose this practice because I liked the fact that all the physicians were an af-american staff and that the office is right across the street from our home. My girls were upset when Nurse Stephanie left because thats was who they received their care from since day 1. The only issue I have is that they dont have hours available for walk-in patients even if its for a sick visit. The front desk associates can benefit from taking some courses in customer service, there have been multiple times I have either witnessed or been a victim of the mediocre service provided. Other than that I love the care my children receive from their now primary physician Dr. Oyortey, she is awesome.

Absolutely love the Nurses, Doctors and the ladies at the front desk. Ive been going for almost 5 years . They are very good with helping you remember your appointments and also a reminder to schedule up coming appointments. Theyre very child friendly also gets the job done. The wait sometimes can be long but I get it theyre very busy sometimes as most jobs are. But over all LOVE THEM!!!!

Very bad customer services!! I have no problem with the doctors in this clinic, but the rude people in front desk dont have any respect for the immigrant customers. It is better if the doctors can fix this problem. This bad customer service happens, because the majority immigrant/Somalis who use this clinic are not able to express their feelings eloquently.

Dr.Watkins and Dr.Taylor treated me when I was a child, I am now 23. Now my two children go here my son is 2 my daughter is a month old. They are very nice and kind. Everyone in the office is caring to the children. I wouldnt want any other place for my children to go. The women at the front desk are amazing...

All of my children see Dr. Lawrence Watkins, which is by far one of the better pediatricians Ive come into contact with since being in Columbus. He is very thorough and attentive to your concerns and needs for your children.

I love it here, both my kids have been coming here. I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old. They see Dr. O and shes the best always checking them for everything. Staff is very nice, very clean and playful place for the kids!
