My husband, my daughter and I have been a patient at Health First Physicians for 12 years. I received a letter in the mail today stating that I was "dismissed from being a patient" due to an outstanding balance. Well, just in the last year I switched to a new insurance provider and thought to myself "wow, what did they mess up and I bet records show that I owe hundreds of dollars..." So I called the office to try to reconcile my balance and figure out what happened. I learned that I had been "red flagged" for a few months now due to an outstanding balance of $99. $99!!!! Its obvious that the well being of my family is not this practices main concern. Thanks but no thanks, I will send the whopping $99 and take my business elsewhere. Loveland Family Practice here I come!

Moving to this side of town a couple years and since they were close I thought we would give them a try. The doctors are nice, but when Im sick and need to get an appointment, I am told they are booked and to call urgent care. What is the point of having a doctor if I cant get in? This happened to my wife and I a couple times. Today, my wife calls to get an appointment for later this week or next and the lady on the phone tells her to call back Thursday to schedule. How does that make any sense if she wants to book a future appointment?? Very poorly run operation at this place.

..I had to change to a new family doctor when my previous doctor retired, and since this practice isnt too far from where I live, I transferred to this practice and am using Dr. Noble as my primary care doctor and have been very satisfied with him. ..If I ever have a balance due that I can not pay in full, I have found out, (from experience), that doctors and hospitals will always take some amount, (say $40.00 per mo. till paid).
