I was there for almost 2 hours to get checked for the flu. Waited in a room for the doctor for over an hour. Nobody checked on me or bothered to explain what was taking so long. I stuck my head out twice to see what was going on and they said they had an emergency with another patient. OK, I understand. That happens. The doctor finally came in, but didnt even acknowledge how long it had taken. Even when I mentioned how long I had been waiting, she still didnt acknowledge it. She tried jumping right into asking me about my symptoms. I stopped her because I was appalled by how rude she was being. I said "arent you even going to acknowledge how long I have waited and apologize?!" She said she would NOT apologize because she had a patient with an emergency. Im like, yeah, I get that, but can you be professional enough to apologize anyway? She ended up giving a very insincere apology. I called her on that, too. Im appalled by the fact that an emergency with one patient constitutes a lack of care or concern for everyone else. And it wasnt just the doctor. The staff was the same way. They just kept saying "well, we had an emergency with another patient." Why do some doctors (AND their staff!) think they are above giving an apology for a long wait? I understand things come up and emergencies happen, but isnt that just a common courtesy?

I was trying to get in for a physical for my church mission. We already had results from blood work done 2 weeks prior in my hands, knowing that we would need it. We also had my full imunization record on hand. The only things on the physical that actually needed to be done was general appearance, a TB test, and overall result for if I appear physically capable of going on a mission. One of the office workers took the packet back to the doctor and a couple minutes later she came back and told us that he couldnt do the physical because it was too in depth, and that they only offer basic physicals for work and school. Im not a doctor myself, but General appearance, TB test (which they were capable of completing), and overall physical capability is nothing out of the bounds of a basic physical. I find it to be a little concerning, because the churchs name was at the top of the papers, and theres not much of a logical explanation for why he wouldnt see me. I honestly doubt that he even looked through the papers I handed them, because theres really nothing advanced about this physical.

Dr. Barker is okay, but whatever you do DO NOT GO TO DR.WALLER. I came in with back pain near my cervical and lumbar vertebrae and also told him that I would occasionally get tingling in my leg. I also let him know that I was in a car accident recently. Without even doing an examination, he basically laughed in my face. He proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong with me and hinted that he felt I was a hypochondriac (I rarely go to the doctor). He told me that I just needed to start working out (firstly, I do. secondly, rude). I left feeling completely humiliated. I never talked about my back pain for years after. I was embarrassed and didnt want to deal with that again. One day I was offered a free consultation with a doctor from a different practice and THAT DAY, I learned that I had 3 pinched nerves in my cervical vertebrae, 2 in my lumbar vertebrae and that my spine had virtually no curvature. If I would have went much longer without treatment, I could have suffered lasting damage. DO NOT GO TO DR. WALLER! My two stars are only for Dr. Barker.

I am writing in response to the review posted by Tina Roberts. I have nothing to do with Priority care and have no ownership interest. However I am in the medical field and felt the need to respond. When there is a patient emergency that the Doctor has to attend to, there is no way she could have attended to you. While you acknowledge that you have this weird misconception that an Apology should be issued to you as part of being professional!!! An Apology is issued when a faulty act is committed. What that Doctor was doing is taking care of a patient emergency! There is ABSOLUTELY no need for that Doctor to apologize to you. Frankly I am surprised you asked for one. What if you were the patient in the emergent situation? Would you not want the Doctor to attend to you first?

Took my girls there for their flu shots by recommendation of their pediatrician- there was one other person in the lobby who came in after us and we still waited over 45mins to be called back. Once we were called back the nurse was very rude and did not know how to interact with children. My daughter who is 3 was crying and scared to get a shot and her vitals. The nurse rudely looked at me and said "you have to make her calm down or I cant give her this shot. She cant be moving and screaming like this". Then when it came time for my 14month old to get hers the nurse again rudely said "she needs to stop moving. I cant work with her wiggling around". Both my kids and myself were devistated by this experience and we will definitely not be returning.

I read a bad review on here of Dr. Walker and considered going to a different Urgent Care, but then I thought "Whats the worst that could happen?" I should have gone with my instinct, because Dr. Walker is AWFUL. Absolutely horrible. Talked down to me, did not take me seriously, and tried to convince me that my sever kidney issue was a back ache (which the symptoms did not match with at all). She also skipped many parts of a basic physical exam that could have helped her diagnose me, like asking about sexual activity or looking in my nose or throat. She is literally the worst doctor Ive ever seen. Just drive a little extra and go somewhere else. It should be noted that the nurse was very nice, but Dr. Walker ruined the experience.

My son had a sore elbow and thought it might need xrays so I chose here because they offered this service. The Nurse Practitioner was amazing. She thoughly checked his elbow and ordered xrays. It look a short while for her to come back and give us the news but most places when you have xrays it takes a lit while. But when she came back and told us it was broke she had Everything with her to put a splint on him she had even called a made an appt for us to see a specialist. Once the the splint was done we were ready to go. The lady who checked us in was very nice and our nurse was great. I would definitely go back if I couldnt get in to my Dr. Thanks to all who helped my son Isaiah yesterday.

The wait was pretty long. Total time was about 2 hours. I arrived just before they opened and there was already ~10 people waiting outside to go in. 9am is later than most in the area -- they could probably open a little earlier. The receptionist and nursing staff seemed to know what they were doing but they did seem a little tired/listless for it only being 9am in the morning. I saw the doctor on staff for 5 minutes total. On the plus side, I liked that even though Id never been to this facility before, they had my medical records from previous visits to other TriHealth facilities.
