This is a brand new health insurance company, and I figured I would give it a shot because I support start-ups, and I like their concept of unlimited wellness. I had a really thorough visit with my personalized wellness coach and my new doctor, so now they know me perhaps too well! The office space is really nice, too - oh, and you get free coffee, and a mug to take home! I had to be a little patient with their new system in place, but the team seemed on top of it and aware of any issues that arose. Im glad I went for them, rather than Humana! (and no, no one sponsored me to write this review, either:))

Came in. No one showed up for 5-10 minutes. Receptionist kept hiding in the back room. Waited another 10-15 minutes for her to come out and hand her my papers. I was the only person there. So far not a fan.

Harken, while some of the most expensive, is also one of the best. Their services are first class and Dr. Iji so nice!
