They are professional,qualified and caring.Ive been going here for years.Loved Dr Hoos.Drs Syed,Reddy +Summers also very competent. Reception and Financial( Maria ) Lab techs fine. Hate all the noise in waiting room.Parents dont tend their children.act like kids arent theirs.let them crawl+ lay on Floor I wouldnt let my child do that in place where sick people congregate. Maybe Grady could get volunteers to help in waiting room? Vending machines would be nice+ some non medical magazines.TV is too loud. Medical Care Delivery is fine, wait room is a descent into hell.

I used to go to this Grady location before I had insurance, so it was only a temporary thing. The lady who took my blood the first visit apparently was still "in training," she said. I felt very uncomfortable. The next visit when I went for a follow-up for a medication level, they could not find my chart anywhere and the man who tried to take my blood this time was the tech on duty, and I have never experienced such horrible customer service before by the way he spoke to me, VERY disrespectful, and I am glad i found a real doctor now.

Every time I come here I am taken good care of, except the time I was pregnant but oh well. I trust them with my care and the care of my toddler. The Grady receptionists are very nice. I love them. The nurse responding on the my chart account need a new job. Maybe at a carwash.

I like that the clinic has a smaller waiting room than the other Grady clinics. The employees are all very nice and professional. My doctor was Dr Ann Hoos. She has since retired she was a great doctor, I really miss her. Dr Syed is also Great doctor!

Every time I come here, I feel well taken care of. Theyre usually able to fit me sometimes the day I call in. Usually appointments within a few days to a week All the nurses are personable and thorough. Dr. Hoos is a great doctor.
