My mother has been going here for years. This May, she tried to get an appointment with her regular doctor for a very painful issue with her foot. Her regular doctor was booked up so they sent her to another doctor who did not take her claims and pain seriously. My mother had to practically beg for an x-ray. The doctor claimed the x-ray came back negative, "just a little arthritis." Fast forward OVER TWO MONTHS when she is finally able to see a specialist (it takes that long in this network), all the while dealing with excruciating pain in her foot and toes, and the specialist does another x-ray and clearly sees that her toe is BROKEN -- and getting worse every day because it had not been treated properly. If the CHP doctors had properly diagnosed my mothers broken toe, she could have been expedited to a specialist and gotten taken care of much sooner. I am LIVID at the poor quality and timeliness of care she received.

I recently visited this location and saw Dr. Scott. I called that morning and was seen before noon. It was fast and the office was clean. She was great and I will be going back. I have never waited more than 30 min for any CHP location and I have always been seen that day.

Dr Miller is an amazing Dr. She listens to you and has your best interest at heart. The office is clean and all of the staff are friendly and professional. Dr Millers Nurse is a sweetheart and I always feel comfortable there. Shining example of an excellent medical staff.
