I recommend my dr and my childrens dr to any and everyone... Ive been going to the bond clinic for almost 2 yrs. I had to make a Post on their behalf, I have 4 children plus myself and my husband that go here. I have heard a lot of bad things about this Dr office but Im very proud To say I love the place. Talk about diversity, there are many different races and languages.the wonderful people who work there are great and polite. Theres bn many times where my insurance would not go through but they helped us in seeing me and my children anyways with very little to no cost, thats the only Dr office in 10 years that was willing to see my son and treat him for his disability he has in your enuresis and Ive had a hard time getting him treated, for the adults the wait time is normally longer but in return its always the best its worth the wait Ive never been more satisfied with a doctors office than I am now for those who go in with an attitude you will in return get an attitude back they do not tolerate rudeness of any circumstance. Just as anyone else in a workplace and someone come in being rude being nasty or just downright unhumane it would make me mad too other than that they always have Smiles on their faces and happy to have new patients. For those of you who only go once give it another try just like anywhere else that stays busy u gta go at the right time so u dont wait long. U no its a good dr office if u have to wait theres more than 1 reason they stay busy

If I can give NO stars...I would!!! My grandmother and I have tried getting her diabetic strips refilled from the pharmacy but the pharmacy requested a document to be filled by the doctor. My grandmother has called multiple times and left messages but nothing has been done. Its been almost 2 MONTHS since the first notice of the situation. Also, this issue has already been discussed in person by my grandmother with her care provider twice. The most recent appointment the care provider just banged their head against the wall as my grandmother reminded about the issue with the Diabetic strips for the machine. I personally have called and always get the answering machine to leave a message, which should be returned in 24 hours.... my grandmother has called and left messages which still havent been returned. I wish I had the finance to buy the diabetic strips for the machine so I wouldnt have to keep calling and never get the issue solved. I dont understand how sending a form is so complicated that its taken almost 2 months. I cant imagine what other people have to experience when neglected like my grandmother has been neglected. The harm of not maintaining a diabetic glucose under control has multiple negative consequences. I dont know of any facility that would allow for a diabetic person to have uncontrolled blood sugars as a method of treatment.

I was very skeptical at first, after reading so many bad reviews. But despite everything I read the front desk people were actually really friendly and nice. I only waited an hour before being seen by my nurse but she told me in the room that they would have to bring a specialist in for my situation. I ended up leaving and coming back two hours later. Another short wait in the waiting room before I was called back. They were very apologetic and explained that the person I needed for my situation was out of town. The rest of the visit was quick. My doctor and her nurse were very friendly and kept making jokes to help keep me calm and relaxed during the procedure. At the end of the visit the man at the front desk mentioned that I needed to bring my pay stubs in. So I returned a few days later on pay day and brought in my stubs. I have a very low paying job so I qualified for their "Slide". Meaning I ONLY paid $25 for the co-pay and $7 for my medication Overall it was a great experience. The wait was a little long but that is to be expected for a place like this.

First time visiting bond community health center and was very happy with the help I received. I was a walk in, seeing as the clinic stays busy and appointment dates are sporadic -thats understandable. I showed up at open and was taken in as spots from missed or dropped appointments opened up. Friendly staff from front desk to triage, doctor, check out, and pharmacy. Was even able to schedule my next appointment before I left. Of course I will contact the office a week in advance to make sure there is no confusion with the appointment, but thats just for my own peace of mind. Keep in mind if you plan to do a walk in to come early because once a certain amount of people are reached they are required to turn others away. Overall good place, good people. Highly recommend.

Terrible place to receive health care. During a period of unemployment and no Obama care, I went to receive help. Not only did I wait for over 2 hours, but they forgot to call my name and then everybody went to lunch, leaving me all by myself in the waiting room with only the woman at the front desk. When I went up to her to ask when I would be seen, she told me that the place was closed for the next 2 hours and I wasnt going to be able to talk to the doctor unless I came back. When I started to ask why they didnt call my name or let me know that they were closing at lunch, she told me "Im not the one". You tell me what that means....The whole experience really ticked me off and I would recommend visiting another location in town, if you need health care .

I love Bond....The Staff are the Best......If anyone is having issues with Bond there must be a communication problem from the Patient....Have been seen by Bond for 8-10 yrs. Like any service that reaches out to every community in the area, they Care for more people than they can count. Tell your State and Local Political Leaders to help Bond help You....To businesses every where I ask you to make donations to Bond. BOND is keeping YOUR CUSTOMERS healthy.....Granted, I feel I have the greatest Dr. in the world. She listens, cares and will make sure that her patients are secure in their well being. The hard working staff have always showed me RESPECT,COURTESY and love. To the STAFF and Dr. Temple Robinson, I thank you for all you do for me.
