In my opinion. Going to this facility cost my daughter her family, cost me my marriage, half my life’s savings and the beginning of alimony payments! Walking through the door of Total Joint Rehab is my greatest single regret. I am a recently divorced Airline Captain flying in the United Airline System. In August of 2010, I sustained back injury due to a degenerative disc problem in my lower lumbar area. I sought out physical therapy as a treatment and became a patient at Total Joint Rehab in North Ridgeville Ohio under the care of PT / Facility Owner Jason Kucharski. My Wife at the time, Janis Hetrick, was interested in becoming a PTA. Through several observation events, Kucharski decided to hire my wife as a full time employee, giving her training experience in the Physical Therapy field. On January 9th 2013, I canceled my treatment at Total Joint rehab due to the discovery of an affair between Kucharski and my wife Janis that had been initiated in July of 2012. The devastation brought to my life and family is absolute because of Kucharski’s complete failure to act professionally. This man performed treatment on me as a patient while simultaneously having an affair with my wife as she was under his supervision. He did not take it upon himself professionally to inform me that the affair was taking place and treatment should be halted. Regardless of his ability to alleviate my physical pain, it pales in comparison to the complete humiliation and emotional devastation I have personally suffered. On January 16, 2013 I proceeded to Total Joint Rehab without appointment to inform Kucharski of my utter contempt for him as a person. I further indicated that I was moving ahead to officially file a complaint to The Ohio State Physical Therapy Board about his total disrespect and unethical treatment towards me as a Patient and my wife as an employee. My wife separated April 2013 and filed for divorce which ended in Dec 2014. She assumed this man was going to build a life with her. To be fair, my ex-wife is as ethically crippled as this man however he billed me for treatment during the affair for an entire year after these events. Ive never been happier with my healthcare! The whole staff was polite, professional, prompt and friendly. I felt like they were part of my family after a few visits. The quality of treatment was top notch as well. I went in having doubts, having had poor therapy experiences in the past. This time was different, I knew it immediately. After a thorough examination and descriptive explanation of my problem, they explained how they were going to fix my problem. I could tell I was getting better after a few short visits and it didnt take long until I was pain free. I would and do recommend Total Joint Rehab to everyone I talk to. Randy

Awesome place for Therapy! Staff was very good, friendly and knowledgable. I have had the opportunity to utilize their services on 2 separate occasions and both times felt completely comfortable, and best yet, I got better! The office is Always spotless, and owner/operator Jason is almost always on site, guiding therapy and ensuring everything is going well, right down to what music is playing in the background. The PTA staff of Molly, Emily, and Lynn were also equally as awesome! Very nice and knowledgeable, I truly enjoyed going there for PT. Dont hesitate, go to TJR for your therapy.
