On my first visit which was to be a baseline assessment I was assigned to Paul he never introduced himself to me and his first words to me were to ask me why I wasnt doing more physically then stated that I acted like I had a fractured femur. Paul is highly educated but he lacks compassion and empathy. Im also a healthcare professiona...l but if I treated my patients the way he treated me... I am sure they would complain because although a person will sometimes forget exactly what you say to them... they NEVER FORGET how you make them feel. Also he stood by the bed with a stern look.... no smiles. .. no handshake....very impersonal while he tapped away at his laptop. He made me feel really terrible about myself.

I have been a patient of Paul Rouleau, off and on, for over 12 years. Firstly Paul is a gentle, soft spoken man. Paul is the ultimate professional. Paul has over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of physical therapy. I am an older person who tries to still be athletic and therefore have injuries to deal with from time to time. My treatments have always been successful. I recently had a bone spur removed from my spinal cord and had several vertebrae fused on my spinal column. Paul was my obvious choice to guide me through the recovery phase of this very risky procedure.

Outstanding and professional staff. After a car accident messed up my neck, I made the mistake of going to a chiropractic clinic that made my neck even worse. I then found OPTA, who nearly worked a miracle in the 8 - 9 weeks I was treated. The therapists were really excellent as well as caring, professional and friendly. The office staff was always helpful and accomodating. I would highly recommend Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates to anyone, of any age, who needs physical therapy.
