I had a Parathyroid Tumor that had been growing for several years before I found out and had surgery. As a result I had to also have carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. When I came to Advanced Physical Therapy my joints were still so painful. They told me therapy would be very slow since I had no muscle tone from not exercising, walkin daily, or stretching my muscles. The first month was hard & sometimes I felt depressed, but they were always positive & encouraged me. Then I had a couple leg vein procedures which slowed me down & I had to stop therapy for 3 weeks. When I came back they were so welcoming and we talked about ramping up my therapy to include stretching muscles much more. I have renewed optism and am improving to a point that I can see it in their eyes l, and I can see it in what I can do. I have so much more to do but have the staff around me for encouragement & the will to get it done. They have been awesome & I recommend them all from the front desk to the head of therapy.

Ive been using Advanced Physical Therapy (PT is Jim) for about two weeks now. Im really impressed with the organization of this business. If my appointment is at 3:00, there is no waiting around, Im taken in to see the physical therapist at 3:00. The gal at the front desk is extremely pleasant, and well organized regarding setting up appointments, etc. She really sets a positive tone. Im very impressed with the actual physical therapy itself. Jim has set up a plan geared specifically to me and my sport (swimming). He is conservative, and thinking in the long run i.e. we have to wait until inflammation is gone before we work on rebuilding strength in my shoulder, other wise my injury could become chronic. In only two weeks I feel like Im really getting results. I highly recommend them. It is golf cart accessible, located in Palm Ridge plaza, across from Southern Trace.

Awesome experience. The therapist really concentrate on what needs worked on. They also push you to a certain limit that you can handle. I love it. Michelle and Elizabeth at the front desk are awesome and answered any questions I had. Very positive experience for me. Ive been going twice a week since March 2016 to August 2016., I came from at a young age to having right sides hemisperis, not being able to do anything with my right side, to walking with a limp, changing my daughters diaper, picking her up, climbing stairs. The therapist at Advanced help me accomplished my goals. I highly recommend them to anyone!! They have a wonderful fitness program as well to help accomplish any goals.

Came to Advanced Physical Therapy after a very serious accident in which I hurt my right shoulder. Shoulder had to operated on to repair three out of the four tendons, which were torn, that hold the rotator cuff in place I also dislocated the shoulder in my fall. I came to APT after my surgery with my arm in a sling and barely able to raise it. APT people were able to get me back to a full range of motion and Im even able to return to one of my favorite activities which is playing softball. I am very thankful that I found APT and think they have a tremendous staff. If I were to require physical therapy again I wouldnt go to any other place. I loved the staff there. Donald J Glennan

I could barely walk when I showed up for my first appointment. Michele behind the counter greeted me with a smile and genuine empathetic encouragement. Dr. Prachy was equally concerned and empathetic as she assessed my condition. After working on me, I was able to walk much better than when I arrived. A plan of care was arrived at and I left feeling confident and relieved that these professionals would help me get well again! My goals clearly are their goals, too! Its three months later and I have progressed to Phase 3 of my plan! I couldnt have gotten here without these hard-working, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable, caring individuals! Thank you to all of you wonderful people!

Never again. The Therapist assigned to me....part-time is superb. I go in for an hour session at 8:15 and she has two more assigned to her at 9. I spend the last 15 minutes seeing her swing by taking care of the other two. Not her fault. They just overbook. The reason they have 5 star rating is because they offer three free heat treatments if you give them a 5 star rating. Look at the front of their building and all the treatments they list over panes and panes of glass looks like they treat everything including hangnail. I have 4 more treatments. If I ever need Therapy again I will look for a well established....large, well scheduled facility.

The experience was fantastic. Michelle, the receptionist was sooooo helpful, and the employees were wonderful. Brandon was an exceptional worker, although everyone was great! I really appreciate special customer service, and it seems to be remiss in central Florida....but this whole team is always bright, encouraging, and super-helpful, from the front desk to the back room. They make me feel so comfortable, that the therapy is actually fun. I think everyone deserves a raise, because they have a long drive to get there, and when they arrive, theyre so cheerful, and it transfers the the clients. Thanks for allowing me to say this.

I was totally unimpressed with the level of treatment and the misleading pricing. They quote a price of approximately $83.00 for the first visit and but when I went to check out there was an extra $40 plus dollars for an "Initial Assessment".That fee was apparently warranted so my therapist could get a chance to talk Vietnam war stories with me for 15 minutes. He did absolutely nothing to assess my situation. I find it fascinatingly that they openly reward clients to rate them 5 stars on Google by giving them 3 free massages. Of course with their misleading pricing and paying for less than professional therapists, they can afford it.

I came from south florida 2 months ago to the Villages Came across Advanced Physical Therapy in the Villages. I learned so much from all of them. Each one there is so unique, in there treatment. They took all inflammation out of my shoulder, before actually starting any weights. It made such a difference in my healing. I have had a torn rotator cuff. Jim has helped me, so much.On my way just a few more weeks to healing. Thank you Theresa for your massage healing. And the lovely front dest receptionist always smiling when I have to change my apt. times Please give them a try, you will not go wrong Victoria Smith

My treatment will continue through mid December, so I have about another month to go. Dr.P and her staff are excellent, I have worked with nearly everyone there so far. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and enjoy what they do for their patients on a daily basis. I have yet to go to an appointment and then leave after my treatment without feeling a bit better in body, mind and soul. I would like to thank the entire staff for their hard work and smiles. I wish I could list all their names, but Im a terrible speller and I wouldnt want to take away from the great jobs they do. Thanks for all you do, Ron
