Dr. Gronau is a wonderful DDS. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants to give them the best smile they deserve. Hes done quite a bit of work in my mouth and Im impressed, for me being as scared as I was going into the dentist he had me come out feeling more confident in my smile. His staff is very friendly, I love the music they play in there. The office is very well kept up with. The wait time is about 10-15 minutes. If youve got somewhere to be, theyll make sure you get there on time even with sitting in the dentist chair! Ive always had trouble finding a good dentist, Im so glad I found Dr.Gronau and his staff!

This dentistry if you can call it that, made an appt for me to come in the next day early in the morning. I woke up the next day and went through my routine for the morning and then preceded to ride my bike 4 MILES to get there on time. I walk in ready to be seen and the lady asks me once again for my insurance info and once I told her she said "oh Im sorry, we dont take those." Needless to say, just dont go here unless youre looking to get messed with and waste your time.

I was referred to this dentist. Dr. Gronau performed a sloppy root canal that was not capped properly. The dentist who pulled the tooth said the tooth continued to give me problems because of the sloppy work done. Also, Gronau sent me a bill 18 months latter saying the insurance did not cover all the benefits. I had already switched insurances at that point and could not investigate.

Have had the best experience possible at a dentist. The staff are very friendly and professional. They did a great job restoring my smile! Dr.Gronau and his team treat you like a person and not just another patient and I would like to thank them. GO BUCKS! Dr.Gronau is a great dentist but I think hes a Michigan fan lol
