They are horrible with paper work. I needed work done on a root canal that I could only have done at the OSU collage of Dentistry and they kept scything the sent the paper work when they really never did, I had to have them print it off and drive it to columbus. After my apt in columbus I needed a new crown on my tooth, I had to get approval from my insurance for the work. I took the paperwork from Columbus to Family Dental Care as soon as I was done with my procedure. They told me they would send the paper work out tomorrow and it could take 1 month to get a reply. Over 1 month passes and I have not heard anything, so I call only to find out they never sent the paperwork to my insurance! This place is ran by a bunch of idiots! Dont waste your time or money.

After years of using the same dentist, my insurance changed and I was forced to switch dentists. We moved to Family Dental Care of Lebanon, unsure of what to expect as we had our previous dentist for 25+ years and loved him. We were pleasantly surprised with the staff and, although we still miss our old dentist, are very pleased with our Family Dental Care of Lebanon! Today, we referred a friend to them as we are that confident in them!

Friendly staff, was VERY helpful in a time of special need. Is willing to go above and beyond for their patients. Liberal insurance acceptance. Quality work this far, albeit minimal. DVDs in chair while they work. Pleasant overall atmosphere. Its not my Grandpas dental office, but the best Ive found since I was a kid.

Ive been going here for years. The doctor is friendly as are the dental technicians. The waiting room has magazines to read (although they would benefit from newer releases) and in chair DVDs being played help alleviate the boredom of waiting and being worked on. Clean and well maintained facility.

Took my friend and her daughter here. They paid no attention to the fact that her daughter grinds her teeth and needs a mouth guard. Also, filled a few of my friends cavities when it should have been a root canal. Only positives is they were clean and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr.Clark for about 8 years. He is the best dentist Ive ever been to! All of the technicians are super nice and so helpful. The facility is clean and very up to date.
