I have been to this location twice. The first time I went I had a cleaning and everything checked out. The lady told me I have beautiful teeth and that I take good care of them. Then this guy checks in and looks at my teeth and within seconds he starts calling out numbers... 43, 24, 67, and so on.... at the end of this he spotted around 4 to7 teeth that needed work.... I thought nothing of it being that I take great care of my teeth... Checking out they gave me the workup sheet listing what it would it would cost out of pocket.... Then as I was going to leave, a woman with black hair that looked to be Italian said, " Hey, I got a new IPAd , would you like to write a review?" I said sure and wrote them a good review... Later on that day I checked out the work they wanted to do on my teeth and it was over 1500 dollars worth only paying 230 out of pocket....6 months later I was scheduled back for another appointment and came in for a cleaning... this time there was a different lady that worked on my teeth.... It was at this moment that I started to notice something funny, only women worked for this place and one man seemed to run it, " the doctor". After my teeth were cleaned the dentist man came in, and I told him that I have no cavities and I do not see the reason I need work done." I somewhat pleaded with him and he looked again at the exrays... He quickly bumped some off and said ok....I then started to realize that this place was needing money or wanting it bad because you do not pick and choose what you drop... I went to the front and checked out and once again they printed off a new list showing me the money I will need to pay and of my insurance... I was getting ready to go and I heard a voice.... "Hey, I just got a new Ipad, do you want to write a review?"It was the same woman that told me this 6 months prior....... By this point I just wanted out of their.... I told her I am in a rush and she then insisted it would only take a min.... I then had to make up another reason why I did not have the time to write a review.... This led me to know that all their review testimonials are flawed because you write them in front of this lady that looks at your review and probably deletes it if its bad... This place is a insurance milker... Stay away from them because they are not looking out for your best interest. They are looking to get money in their pockets... Please spread the word... This place is new and very sketchy.....

Worst place ever! First couple of times we came it was great. Then this year they went down hill! The dentist spoke so fast and was in and out within seconds that you couldnt even understand him, and have to get someone to explain what he said.just not friendly. Every time my youngest daughter had to have a procedure it would be the biggest ordeal, she did not like them. She said they were always choking her (when hey hold her neck and head in place for X-rays) we cant even drive by without her being scared. Shes 6 and doesnt understand. I went to Kids Dentistry of North GA and she never had an issue with them. You cant even get them to fax papers to the school. To much of a headache, not even mention you cant get their direct office on the phone. They have to send an email, and you sit there praying they received it. When I switched last month they promised a call back from a manager, but I still havent received a call, not like I want to talk to anyone. The staff is great though, just not the dentist . So yeah not a good choice for my family and kids, might be for others though.

Do not go to this dentist!!! I went there and was given an estimate that they wanted me to pay at time of service, it was completely wrong, they were asking me to pay for services that were covered by my insurance at 100%. I waited for 2 hours, and then I got up and left. I went home and contacted my insurance company to verify the benefits and they were off by about $200. I wonder if I really need all the work that they suggested! I am going to get another opinion. I think they are making money off the insurance company, if you choose to use them BEWARE OF BEING OVERCHARGED. Lisa the office manager claims she verified my benefits the day of my visit, that is that true, I have contacted my insurance company and they have no record of the phone call on the day of service. I personally do not trust them! I really wish I could give them minus stars!!!!

This is the worse expreince I have ever had. I took my son in for his cleaning today after I called to verify what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Then they tried to bully me into payfor extra servies that they said needed to be done. When I asked if they would work with me on the price difference I was told no. They were too afraid of losing their job and it was someone who givin me the wrong information, but they would tell the owner so the other person will get in trouble. Then told me to come back when I could afford to pay for the services my son needs and blew me off. This is not acceptable behavior. It was not my fault they gave me the wrong information and then would not work with me so my son could get the care they said was important for him to have.

I am overly impressed with the lengths that the friendly office manager, Lisa & the owner of Tebo Family Dentistry go to for improving overall comfort, friendliness, safety, and appearance of the entire office. My first visit was not what it should have been, but Im amazed that the owner cares enough about his patients to take on the expense of closing his office for an entire month in order to conduct a complete remodel due to my comments about my experience. Thank you Tebo Family Dentistry for listening & caring for your patients!

Office transitioned from out of nowhere to an exclusively pediatric practice. I called to ask if they would at least honor cleaning appointments my wife and I had already made months prior. I was told they would not. We could, though, come down to their Lilburn office for service instead--which would be well over an hour drive for us each way, assuming light traffic. Pretty impressive customer service, right? Feels great to be so valued.

I paid for his first appointment 1-2-17 and they did not complete the process and was told to bring him back 1-16-17 to finish it up and a different male Dr. same office has a different process, more money. First time for a second opinion in the same office? The will have to reimburse me for what they Didnt do? They should have kept there word and done the said they would do!!!!!!

When I first came to Tebo Family Dental my teeth were a wreck. Over the last several months they have helped me get my smile back on track. The staff is always courteous and outgoing. I appreciate their candor and their commitment to care. They are diligent with following up on that care too! I recommend Tebo to all who are looking for top flight dental care with a smile!
