UPDATE!!! 10/05/15 i WAS JUST ADVISED THAT THIS IS NOW ON MY CREDIT REPORT AFTER BEING TOLD THAT THE COMPANY WROTE OFF THE BALANCE AND CALLED ME TO SAY I HAD A ZERO BALANCE. i HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES AND HAVE HAD NO CALL BACK EVEN THOUGH EVERYTIME I CALL I AM TOLD THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK For starters they wouldnt post my review on their site cause i gave a 0.5 star. please read and be warned. I was very Disappointed with this Office. I felt like the whole time i was there they were trying to "upsell" to another procedure. I spend over an hour and a half there mostly waiting in the dentist chair only to be told they wouldnt clean my teeth and wanted to do a deep clean and it would cost a few thousand. By the time i left, they had a quote in hand for almost 8,000 for work they wanted to do. I received the bill which was supposed to be covered 100% but turns out that they did a full x-ray which insurance wont cover and i was never told this, though i had provided insurance details before going. The bill i received is also for the full amount charged and not the amount allowed. be prepared to have issues if you go to this office.

I woke up this morning in pain from an abscess on my gums. I called 3 dentist in hopes of getting an appt immediately. No one could help.....until I called Coast Dental in Conyers, Georgia and Darnelle Williams answered the phone. Not only did she tell me to come in now.....but when I got here and started filling out all the new patient paperwork.....they were calling my name to service me before I could finish the forms. Great customer Service is hard to find....except for here. Im waiting for the ex-Ray results and consultation and had to take a moment to share this awesome experience. Thank you Darnelle for treating my needs as a priority today.

I love staff and the individual attention they take with our children. The office manager Doreen is always making us feel welcome. Darnelle the assistant office manager never misses a beat when she calls us to confirm or re- schedule our appointments. Darnelle calls us by name and knows who we are when we visit. Patricia, the Hygienist always advises me when my youngest isnt doing her best when it comes to brushing and flossing and she gives my daughter tips on how to do it better. We LOVE the staff over at Coast Dental of Conyers! :-)

Initially my expectations were low however the staff has proven to be very friendly and knowledgeable. In particular I would like to recognize the following three stars who makes it enjoyable coming to the dentist.... Darnelle will call you twenty times a day to make sure youre coming to your appointment I swear she will hunt you down..... Doreen you will not leave her office without paying for services..... Patricia will make sure you stay flossing literally. In all the staff is wonderful!

Over priced. Wanted $4500 for a root canal, went to a private family practice 30mins East and got it done for $1200. Also had issues getting prescription filled from Coast Dental. TO much of a headache to deal with them. They overcharge and the dentist was rude. The hygienist suggested I go to a "for the needy/homeless" service place since I couldnt afford the $4500 outrageous price for ONE tooth. Steer clear....if you do happen to go here check around after your get your quote....

The staff at this location is awesome, friendly, and engaging. I have been coming to this location for years and even though the staff has changed, the professionalism remains the same. Darnell Williams calls to remind me of appointments ensuring that I dont miss an appointment. She works diligently to schedule me according to my work schedule. Patricia Welch, my hygienist is informative and funny...I feel like all of the staff is like family....love them!

I absolutely love coming here! I am new to this area and I needed to find a place to receive major dental work. The welcoming environment starts at the front desk the whole staff is great but Darnell and Doreen are my favorite! They are always so nice and professional. Dr. Francis and his assistant makes me feel so comfortable and the work is outstanding! I would refer this place to anyone in this area !

I was in severe pain and needed to see a dentist ASAP. I called Coast Dental Conyers and the receptionist was very sympathetic. She instructed me to come in right away which made me feel like my concern was their concern. I came in as soon as the dentist office opened and got a root canal procedure performed. I loved the customer service, and the staff. I would recommend them to anybody.

The customer service I received was amazing.The two ladies at the front desk, Darnell and Doreen were very helpful and knowledgeable. They advised me step by step what I needed for my upcoming appointment. Im sure the service Ill receive will be just as exceptional as the front desk customer service was.

I was scared to go in cause I havent been to the Dentist in a long time. To my surprise the whole staff is Friendly and makes you Feel Comfortable. Tasha was very helpful in ways to pay my dental bill since I have no insurance at this time. Corey also helped with plans. It was a great experience and I will be making them my Denied office for future business.

I made an appointment for cleaning. Had the appointment for over 2 weeks, when we went in they wanted my insurance card, even though they already had everything when I set up the appointment and then they made a comment about me not confirming the appointment. We left I do not have time to deal with people who are incompetent.

This location has friendly staff and great doctors! They always get me in and out, and the movie selection is decent too! I sometimes have to bring my 3 year old with me and they always do their best to accommodate us both.
