My 1st complaint was Memorial Day weekend....my sons tooth was hurting I called earlier in the week to ask for an emergency appointment but was told I couldnt get one until his treatment was done. My son suffered from a toothache but thank God for home remedies. 2nd complaint ...my appointment today was at 2:30 pm. I patiently waited until 3:00 pm to see how much longer the wait would be and the receptionist stated it would be about 10 more minutes. It is now 3:45pm and a gentleman at the front desk called me up to see if I possibly wanted to reschedule....No Sir I have missed time from work for this appointment. He also went on to see he didnt know how much longer the Dentist would be ....Im beyond pissed right now. Wasted time is wasted money. Its now 3:58 and my son still hasnt been seen. Both of my kids have been a patient here since they were one. The Front Desk is horrible very bad customer arrive and very clueless. Never had an issue until lately. This is our last visit. 5:08 and the tooth that is bothering him was not fixed. So my son has to go another freaking Holiday in pain. I am beyond pissed right now!!!!!!! Velisa D. Been taking my 4 children there for years (since about 2009). However they make an appointment, make you confirm days later;if you dont they cancel your appointment.The straw for me, I took all 4 of my children for routine cleaning. One had an irritated eye. Well they needed clearance and I could bring him back same day. Well I took my son to his Pediatrician and first thing they asked "what does getting his teeth cleaned has to do with his eye"? Upon return with clearance they refused to see him. I did not bring him to next scheduled appointment since his eye was still red. Next thing I got a letter said he cant be seen there again. What did I do? I requested all 4 of my childrens medical records and rescheduled with another Childrens Dental Practice!! Time to spread the funds elsewhere.

Made appoinment over three months ago! Come in at 7:50a.m. to be exact appointment is at 8 a.m. was told they canceled my childs appointment without any reason please never waste your time or give your money to a place like this. If I could give a zero I would but that wasnt a option. I will never return or tale any offers of apologies this please is full of it.

I came in near closing on this past Friday. Athough it was very last minute, the front office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had been taking my children to Childrens Dentistry at Stonecrest since birth, however Dentistry for Children Conyers location has surely earned two patients. Customer service was exceptional. Keep it up you all!

The inside of this place is absolutely AMAZING! It really makes it fun for kids to go to the dentist. And not only is the place amazing, but Dr. L. Camp was great! She was very detailed and helpful. Handled my 19 month old with great care. I HIGHLY recommend this place for kids.

Weve been coming here since my daughter was 18 months. She is now 10 years old. The front desk staff is always friendly. The office is clean. The back "office" staff members are also very friendly. Our visits are NEVER longer than an hour. The environment is very kid friendly.

Do no schedule an appointment here. I scheduled a 10 am appointment for my 1 yr old. We arrived at 945 and at 1045 I asked them how much longer it would be and they said 20 minutes. We left and will find an office that honors scheduled appointment times.

Wonderful place my kids have been going here since they put one close to me . We started off at ashford and dunwoody . Wonderful staff and very patient with the kids. My kids will continue to go here and hopefully my grandkids.

My son was going here since he was 5 or 6. He loves it but now as he is 15 and his dental needs are changing he has to seek other dentist like for root canal, crown and removal of wisdom teeth. But other than that we love it

The staff is awesome, the childlike atmosphere is comfortable and fun! My children love going to the dentist! Who knew there was a dentists office, that children actually want to go to, right?

Every time I come down here its a problem... They cancelled my appointment now I gotta sit here n b fit in to they schedule... my last visit with them they just lose three children

My family visits the Conyers location to see Dr. Camp and we absolutely love it! She is so warm and welcoming and so is the staff.
