I went there twice, 6 months apart. First visit seemed normal except, I was one of the last appointments of the day on a gorgeous day outside. While in the chair I overheard staff in the hallway state the Dr. left early to go out on his boat. After my cleaning (my very first experience there), I was told the Dr. had something come up and he had to leave early. Therefore, never saw a doctor, just a hygientist. Second visit, I had to wait for 35 min after my appt to be called back to a room. Visit was uneventful, I saw a dentist whose name wasnt on the sign, and his bedside manner was less than stellar. Hygienist encouraged me to make cleaning appts for my for my husband and son. I made a 7pm appt for my husband for about a month later. A day before my husbands appt a staff member named Chelsea called to ask if my husband still required a 7pm cleaning appt because they had a cancellation at 6. I said "no, he works, so he needs the 7pm appt that we had scheduled." I asked if that was still okay and she said, "I dont know." The morning of the appt I received a call that the hygienist my husband had an appt. with had called in for the day and we needed to reschedule. So, I asked for another 7pm appt. and Chelsea states, "We dont do 7pm appts anymore. Our hours changed." I said, "My husband had an appt for 7pm, your staff called in sick, and now you cant honor the same time appt on a different day?" She repeated that their hours had changed. She then said, "Your husband made that appt a long time ago." I corrected her and said, "Jackie, the hygienist, made my husbands appt for him, about a month ago. Magically, your hours changed in less than a month, with no warning to your customers?" She said, "Yes." After I reiterated he needed a 7pm appt Chelsea said she would call the hygienist to see if she would "stay late" for a 7pm appt. and call me back the next day. I waited all day and no one ever called, so I called back and Chelsea answered. I told her she was supposed to call me back and she stated, "The hygienist didnt get back to me." Rather than calling to tell me she couldnt reach the hygienist, she just didnt call me back. So, we talked in circles about how it seemed suspicious that they first wanted to move his appt, then magically the hygienist called off the day of the appt, then how their hours changed, etc." At which time, I asked to speak to a manager and Chelsea told me there wasnt one there. I said, there must be someone in charge on the premises, and she said, "no." Mind you, this phone call was on a Thursday. She then states, the manager will be back on Monday and can call you then. I said, "your office is open on Friday and Saturday, why wouldnt a manager call me then?" She said," the manager wont be back in until Monday." She also said there is no one else there I could speak to after I asked to speak to the hygienist that made the original appt. or a doctor. I told her that I doubted her excuses and I would be seeking out a different dentist. Overall, I found the office staff and the dentists to be less than professional. If youre looking for a dentist, I would suggest to you to avoid this office as you will have to wait for at least a half hour past your appt. to be seen and have appts. cancelled at the last minute without the capability of rescheduling, and forego seeing the dentist. You also wont receive callbacks, despite being told so.

This is the WORST office Ive ever expierenced. My wife has had many dental problems. The most recent she developed a abscess for a tooth that Bo had previously worked on. When went on he brished it off like no big deal. He reschedules appointments a lot for my wife he rescheduled 5 times in a row. Very unreliable dentist. also as well as the Orthodontist assistant Jennie she calls in a lot ypubnever get a warning till you are already there. The front desk Nikki doesnt communicate things well every time we come in she doesnt know what its for. Umm.. excuse my but that should be in my records. Well no it never is according to them. Then our Son was having a problem with his front tooth not coming in. So they reccomend a expander then braces. When we went in to get braces put on of course there was a down payment that was never discussed. My wife even called a week before the appt verify. Yep again they dont communicate back to theyre Patients then we had had it so we went to get a second opinion on the braces because they only put them on 4 front teeth. Come to find out they should be on his whole top. The orthodontist told us a treatment plan that we didnt know about. Needless to say we recently switched and we are glad we did. The only one that has brains in this office is Cher or Christie. Its a Shame we were Patients since he took over Dr. Damansks probly about 10+ years ago.. now He was awesome. I gave this 1 stars because he doesnt deserve anything more than that.

Let me just start off by saying i dont know how the doctor himself is...but thats part of the reason our review is so low! The staff at this place is AWFUL! After waiting 30 min after our scheduled time and another 2 hours of waiting for my husband just to get xrays and his teeth cleaned this place discovered..nothing! I was always under the thought that u should see the doctor when you are a new patient to a place... apparently they dont do that here.. with that being said, when we left i thought it was very odd my husband wasnt seen by the doctor. We went to another dentist not long after and discovered that my husband had 3 cavities.. one that required a root canal. We also discovered that my husband had been grinding his teeth while he sleeps and had a couple stress cracks in his teeth because of it... NONE of this was brought to our attention by Fenton Family Dentistry! If I hadnt sent him to another dentist he couldve had a ton of problems later on... I dont recommend going to this dentist for anything unless you dont mind losing ur teeth early on.. To add to the stress of this visit, i also had to sit in the waiting room and listen to all of the young girls talk about each other for one of the hours I was there. I cant say that when i go to the dentist i want to hear all of the workers talk about whose having issues at home, whose and awful worker, and who parties a lot. Thanks but no thanks. Very immature group of girls working there. And very unprofessional!

This dentist office is amazing!!! I called because I wanted to change dentist as my last dentist was very cold, uninformative, and heavy with his diagnosis. I was warmly greeted on the phone and after sharing my experience with the front desk girl she made me feel at home and welcomed. She assured me that i would love the office and all the hygienist were gentle yet thorough. She couldnt have been more right!! The doctor recommended some work to be done and after informing him that i didnt have insurance, he called the office manager and worked out a treatment plan for me. I felt like i was important and valued at this office. They have an in office dental plan for patients with no insurance which saved me a ton of money as my old dentist did not.
