I went to this location for years, but left after I go tired of seeing different staff member each year I visited. I also wanted a place that I could go to and provide all the services that I need, instead of me going to an appointment here, and then told that I would need to go to another location for something that they could not provide. Dr. Inniss is a great guy, but I needed more. Here it is two years since I seen this location, I get a bill from 2013 that I owe them money. I just spoke to someone at the location, and she told me that they did not have anyone doing the bills for some time and they came across that I owe money. I am not upset about the amount...I am upset that they took two years to inform me. I am sure that there is some type of right off that they could have did, but they wasted paper and postage for this little amount. This makes me thing that they are hungry for money, and that they can not keep a regular staff.

Traumatize by a dental experience early in age I only visited the dentist when it was too late. After walking away from an disappointing dental appointment at another major dental center I still needed an extraction and found Gentle Touch online and was able to see them the same day I called. I walked away after my visit at Gentle Touch in disbelief. There is truth in the name, Gentle Touch, and I am now ready to take care of long over due needed dental work. My fear of dental visits has been lifted. First time I have ever left a dental office smiling, after an tooth extraction. My total experience was pleasant. I have already recommended Dr. Inniss and Gentle Touch Dental.

Treated me like a total stranger! Ive used this dentistry about 4 times over the last 4 years. I called and asked if I can make an appointment for a cleaning stressing this point. I was told, yes and how much it would cost. When I arrived I was told to sign in as a new patient although I wasnt - as the receptionist said "I know your not, but do so" afterwards I was told I couldnt get a cleaning today only X-rays because I am now being treated as a new patient. WTF? I was told I wont be able to get a cleaning for another two months. I tried to keep supporting this place, even after my girlfriend had a disagreement with the manager. Leave this place alone!

I love Dr. Innis and his staff. It started with an emergency, I am afraid of the dentist and hadnt been in several years. I woke up with extreme pain and started calling "emergency dentists" Dr. Innis was the only one that got me in the same day. He was kind and gentle. After a round of anti bionics, I returned in 3 days to have 2 abscessed broke teeth to be removed, After a bad experience with an Army dentist in Iraq, I can tell you this was a dream! Im a reformed fearful dental patient! He takes the time to answer all your questions and the staff in very pleasant.

The entire team is very professional, helpful and welcoming. The office has a warm family feeling. I was very pleased with the work done by Dr. Inniss. He is very gentle, patient with faint-hearted, takes time to answer questions, explain in laymans terms and offer treatment suggestions (not just those that cost the most money). Dr. Inniss is also a perfectionist who cares about doing great work. I highly recommend Gentle Touch Dental to anyone -young and old!

If you value your time, dont go to this office. I have been to this office twice, the last time I walked out. Both times I have scheduled an 8:30 am appointment. I always thought for an 8:30 appointment I should get there before my appointed time. My second appointment time, half the staff showed up at 8:30, I left at 8:45 because the hygienist never showed up.

Dr. Inniss is a great dentist. He has been there for my family for both routine and emergency procedures. Even more important, Dr. Inniss is a great person. He truly cares about his patients and will do everything in his power to help his patients. If you need a dentist, you could not find a kinder and more decent person than Dr. Inniss.

My only problem was they couldnt do the extraction or root canal at the location and each person they referred me to didnt take my insurance. Each dentist they referred me to had to do the first visit all over again i ended up paying 3 times for the same information. Not helpful and still in pain
