When I first met with Dr. Ross I had a list of questions. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical. I gathered rather quickly that Dr. Ross knows his stuff. Not only were his answers clear and concise, they made sense. If I had any fears or reservations about Chiropractic treatment, by the end of our appointment they were gone. In addition to having the knowledge to educate me, he is extremely good at the adjustments, very patient and accommodating. After my first one, it suddenly became clear I was out of alignment and I started to feel “in-line” which was an amazing feeling!! All that time I was out of alignment….THANK YOU DR. ROSS!!!!! Also, Dr, Ross has a truly special team. So full of smiles and very helpful, thank you too!!

I have been to Dr. Ross for care for various symptoms and each time he has immediately and accurately diagnosed my conditions. He not only treated each of the conditions successfully, he explained the likely cause, as well as some home care that would benefit and/or prevent the symptoms in the future. I have not only left the office, each time, feeling much better, but learned what caused the symptoms in the first place, and how possibly to avoid any problems in the future. In addition to Dr. Ross, the staff at Advanced Chiropractic is friendly and professional.

The was my first time seeing anyone for my back. I took my daughter cause when I called I was shocked that they were able to get me in with in a couple of hours and I didnt have a sitter. Dr. Joynt and his staff were amazing with my daughter. Their patience above and beyond what I have ever seen in a professional setting. They were wonderful and so kind. He is now my doctor and he is a 45 minute drive for me 1 way. I could easily go to someone closer to home but not after this experience. I will be referring. Countrygirl79

I would highly recommend anyone I know to go to Advanced Chiropractic in Albany! This was my first experience going to a chiropractor and Dr Ross and his staff have made it a very pleasureable experience! I noticed a huge difference in my problem areas after the first visit! Dr Ross truly cares about his patients and making them better! The prices are very affordable and scheduling is quick and very flexible!

Advanced Chiropractic is a wonderful clinic! They are professional and have been great to work with. Ive been making amazing recovery from an auto accident because of the adjustments, rehab, and massages. Dr. Ross is very well educated and able to explain things so they are understandable. Staff is amazing. Dr. Ross truly listens and tries to find what well work for you. Chelsea is always willing to work hard to find appointment times that mesh with your schedule. I took in my son when he was two and here began to sleep better and have a better attitude after just one adjustment. After three adjustments, it was like living with a different kid.

I have had a legitimate dispute over my bill with them for the last year and a half. I have been yelled at by their billing manager. I have been physically shoved around by their office manager and they have gossiped about this dispute to people outside of their office. Very unprofessional establishment.

I recommend AC in Albany to my friends, family and co-workers. Dr. Ross and staff are great! They listen to my needs and understand my problems. I have one leg shorter than the other and require frequent adjustments. If you have cronic pain see Dr. Ross and staff, they will improve your quality of life.
