I am super impressed with this clinic! I love that they dont automatically set you up on a life long treatment plan. Their philosophy is to treat you until the pain is gone. By the time I went to my third appointment I felt completely better and so they were okay with skipping the appointment entirely. I also really liked how thoroughly they explained treatment options and let me choose the approach I wanted. Because of transportation logistics I had to bring my 3 year old son to one appointment and they were super accommodating. They were willing to talk to him and give him some coloring pages to keep him occupied while the doctor worked with me.

After getting run around by Care Oregon for a full month while my back pain only increased, I finally made an appointment to come see Dr. Katie. She and Don have taken great care of me and have me on a treatment plan that is working for me. I cant believe how much better I felt after just a couple visits! Their number one concern is the health of their patients and they are willing to work with you to set up payment plans if necessary should your insurance not provide chiropractic coverage.

Staff are amazing, warming feeling when you check in and good conversation while you wait for Dr. Sill. When I come in, I feel like they genuine care about my health and how things are going with me. When I receive treatment with Dr. Sill, she takes time to ask me how things are going and makes me feel like a person not a patient. This was my first time with a chiropractor and I plan to go back if anything comes up with my back. I would highly recommend Dr.Sill, you wont regret it.

Dr. Katie takes her time and makes sure to note what you would prefer in your care. Perhaps the best part is that their scheduling is super convenient and if they have openings that day they will tell you about it. The doctor and her husband own the place so you get the feeling that they are heavily invested in the people they attend. Well done, Pacific West!

Fantastic Place/ Clean/ Professional Caring staff! They got me in same day ! I was experiencing horrible dizziness and after 2 visits my dizziness was gone as well as my neck pain. They are very thorough and really spend a quality amount of time. I did not feel rushed at all

ICU RN- treated for a back injury. Doc is very thorough. Quite impressive. No push for an expensive plan that runs into the thousands and for years. Nice staff, decent prices. Absolutely worth a visit if you have an interest in chiropractic care.
