I hesitated for a while to write this negative review, but I wanted to share my personal experience to help others make a better decision of choosing a right place for their recovery. 1. The doctor I had was fine. However, I cannot say for sure the treatments I received were helpful. My pain went away soon after the first several sessions, but it came back later. In the end, I decided to switch to another chiropractic therapy place in town. My friend had the exact same experience. She told me to not come to Heresco when I made my first appointment but I wanted to give it a try. In the end, it turned out she was right. 2. The staffs were friendly until they made mistake and didnt want to take the responsibility to correct it. I had some really frustrating and stressful time to have them correct the mistake they made related to my treatments. I understand they were busy and their job can be demanding, but dont we all? I had to make so many phone calls and it is simply a huge waste of time and energy. Overall, I try to be as objective and honest as possible when I write my personal opinions down. Hopefully they are helpful for you all.

It is challenging to move from a long term relationship with a great chiropractic team in another city to a new location of unknown providers. Herescos, however, worked with my old chiropractors in San Francisco to ensure continuity of care. Moreover, they have kept me working despite struggling with long term chronic work related stress disorders in my upper back and neck, and lower back. Without this care I would not be able to function at work, sleep, garden, or hike. Moreover, Dr. Heresco has helped me work out a system of self-care that helps keep the muscular stress and pain low enough that I can function adequately most of the time. In the past year or two I have had greater challenges with work stress impact on my spine, and Herescos has worked with my work place to help develop more support at work to reduce distress. What more could you ask for. Ive tried medications, and numerous other types of rehab, but chiropractic, massage, and occasional PT sessions keep me moving. I would highly recommend this practice. I went to Heresco today for the first time because I have been suffering from migraines, dizziness, and nausea. Everything about this place is amazing. The paperwork is complete, they work to bill your insurance and let you know what your insurance will cover, and they do an amazing job. I saw Dr. Pham. He talked with me for a long time to really understand what my problems were and then did several tests to evaluate the state of my neck, back, and head. Afterward they took three x-rays to make sure their diagnosis was correct and it was. I felt better immediately. He worked to give me a true solution to my problem. Now I have a treatment plan for the next few weeks and I cant wait to continue. Ive been going to my PCP for six weeks over this issue and he did more for me in one day than she has. If you are suffering from any kind of pain in your back, neck, or head I would strongly recommend this office, specifically Dr. Pham. And just as an added bonus, the office staff are very friendly, funny, and easy to talk to.

Chiropractic adjustments are fine, but you can get much more for your money somewhere else. $185 for the first visit, and I spent no more than 5 minutes with the chiropractor. They have a good business model (for their profits), chiro/massage/PT all in one, but you will pay more than market rates. Massage is very high at around ~$25/15 minutes and offset by your insurance, but they just could charge a fair price (~$15/15 minutes). I found the PT to be sub-par, but maybe thats because I refused to pay their rates, so they just gave me a free consultation. I would not recommend Heresco to anyone.

New to the area and I was really nervous about visiting a new chiropractor, but transitioning here was so easy with the staff being so friendly and accommodating. My experience here was with Dr. Shepro, and I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member because he isnt only effective, he is gentle and patient, which you dont find very often in the medical field. I never felt rushed or pressured at Heresco, only welcome and cared for by every member of the staff, even people who didnt work on my case. If youre looking for a chiropractor in Corvallis, this is the place to go.

I am self-employed and perform manual labor for a living. When my back had begun to bother me to the point of affecting my work capacity, I finally decided to see a chiropractor. Having never been to a chiropractor before, I went in quite skeptically, but within a few minutes of seeing Dr. Pham, he had identified the problem, confirmed it with an x-ray, and told me what I need to do to fix the problem. I am now well on the road to recovery, and havent had any significant back pain in the last three months. I highly recommend Heresco Chiropractic and Associates (especially Dr. Pham).

I call Dr. Heresco my miracle worker. I had plantar fasciitis for over two years and was getting no better seeing a podiatrist. Within six weeks after getting help at Heresco Chiropractic, as Dr. H projected, my feet were pain-free! In addition, he has helped me through back surgery and helped me connect with an amazing surgeon for two hip replacements. With occasional maintenance visits I no longer have head aches and enjoy a largely pain-free life! Without exception, the staff at Heresco Chiropractic is efficient, welcoming, and delightful!

After a car accident, ten years ago, I was left with chronic back pain. After being "treated" long term with muscle relaxers I chose to try chiropractic care. I am currently seeing Dr. Shepro for adjustments and doing PT. It has only been 2 weeks and I am already feeling like I can do things I havent done in years! The staff here really make you feel welcome and in good hands! I will always recommend Heresco to anyone experiencing neck and back pain!

They do a wonderful job at making sure that you are well in line with your bones and that you have a good experience. They have done me a lot of good from all the car accidents I have been in. They have always got me back up on my feet. To the point that I have been able to do my job and still feel good. Any time I needed to come in they have seen me. I have never had an issue getting in to see a doctor.

Dr. Ort, Jen, and the staff at Herescos have allowed me to maintain a quality of life that I was not able to before. From emergency pain management visits, routine care and preventative measures, to simple relaxation and treat-yourself-care they have become a vital part of my life. I have yet to find a all-in-one facility that lives up to their standards of excellence.

I went to Dr Shepro with achilles tendinitis and severe neck/shoulder pain, both of which were limiting my ability to run more than 3 miles during my workouts (sometimes stopping after only a mile due to pain). Under Dr Shepros care, these issues are now resolved and Im able to run completely pain free! Truly amazing - Im so thankful for Heresco Chiropractic.
