I was treated well initially, and felt comfortable with Dr. Bermudes, no complaints there. Upon showing up for my second appointment I was misinformed that my workmans compensatition insurance would not be accepted because it was 60 days past the initial incident, and that no other doctors would accept the insurance either. Not only is this blatantly incorrect (60 days past the initial visit in relation to your workmans comp. claim, and actual M.D.s have much longer care period), they also had a week and a half to call and inquire about case specifics but chose to wait until I bussed myself there to tell me. After weeks of believing my workmans comp insurance was useless, I did fact check Active Livings legal claim to find it was grossly incorrect which prompted a phone call requesting an emergency appointment (on the basis they were doling out incorrect information), to be told Dr. Bermudes was unavailable and that the other chiropractor refused to see me as a patient because he, "didnt know the case". When I asked why he couldnt review my chart notes like any other doctor would accomadating a transfer, they had literally no response. This mass neglect forced me to find care elsewhere, and I advise you do as well.

I live this office, I have been to many chiropractors in my day and he is the best I have seen. Very goal and treatment oriented even if it means he wont see you as much or get your money, as so many chiropractic clinics can be. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amy is an amazing massage therapist and a great lady to conversation with. I feel 10 times better inside and out every time I visit. Very goal oriented focused massage that is built in to my copay which is extremely important and helpful. 6 stars

Dr. Bermudez and his staff have done a great job treating my neck and shoulder pain over the last two months. I appreciate the holistic approach to treatment - adjustments, deep tissue massage, stretching, exercise, nutrition, etc. My pain has greatly decreased and my range of motion has improved. I also feel like I have a much better idea of what my problem is (shoulder bursitis) and what I need to do on my own to keep the issue manageable in the future. Thanks!

I really had a bad experience at this place with the doctor Ramires. First at all; I got charged more than 1,000 dollars for only one visit (1hours) I have proves. He thought I wouldnt notice it, but my insurance sent me the bill that this chiropractic charged. Believe me he is not willing to help people he only cares about his salary and how to make a lot of money.

I came in with lower back pain that had been bugging me for several weeks. Dr. Bermudez listened to me and started to troubleshoot the problem until it was correctly resolved. The treatment took a few weeks, which was expected, and it has not returned. The place is meticulously clean and professional and the staff is great!

They really attack the problem at different angles when needed. They will spend the time to explain possible causes and plan of treatment.
