This place was awesome! On one of the forms they ask you what you look for in a dentist practice. I marked down I liked to be well informed and comfortable. And thats exactly what I received. The front desk was helpful and kind and made becoming a new patient easy. If that doesnt work for you, well then they have a super comfy leather couch to sit on while you wait. The dentist chair you sit in massages your back while they work on you. And everyone there was really kind and made me feel really comfortable. If going to the dentist makes you nervous, well then this place will relax you. Not only do they have comfy chairs but they play cable on a TV thats up on the ceiling! Like what?! Amazing. And the funny flavored washes that they use at most places? Well this one was awesome. I got the Piña Colada flavor and it was the bomb! I dont know what people look for in a dentist but everything I experienced was quick and easy. They explained everything I should and shouldnt do, who I should consult about other dental issues and they were beyond nice. Im actually excited to be going back.

I sent my daughter to this dentist – first she was told she didn’t have any cavities then she was told that she had 7. She was then told that she had a dead tooth, then it was possible nerve damage, then they did a cold test and said it was fine, but she had teeth like a little old lady. She was told that she needed a deep cleaning. We called back after reviewing the paperwork and fees to get a standard cleaning since it was way out of our budget and not going to be covered by insurance and she was told by the receptionist that they would only make an appointment for the deep cleaning and she could break up the costs in 4 payments, which was still not affordable. I’m not sure what education the receptionist has to make that decision. When then asked for a manager and was told they were not available, and would not be for the next 10 minutes to 2 hours. We asked for them to call back and have yet to hear.

I, like many, absolutely dread going to the dentist. This is probably why I allowed a cavity to get so bad it needed a root canal. I visited Wolfe Dental and was pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. The entire staff is kind, patient, and approachable. The assistant (I want to say CeCe??) was so chatty and pleasant that I almost forgot why I was there. Dr. Rowley instantly put me at ease and it was a fairly painless procedure. In fact, I got to watch Netflix the entire time, headphones and all! They really take the steps to make their patients comfortable and this was huge for me. On top of it all, the place is sparkling clean while also warm and inviting. Highly recommend to others; this is where I will have all my dental needs met from here on out!

Ok, so Dr. Wolfe took over Dr. Kirkland practices I was a delta dental PPO patient and covered 100% by Dr. kirkland. What the front desk or Dr. Wolfe failed to inform me was they are out of PPO network and only take premier. Costing PPO patients more money. Bad take over and not informing patients at check-in or before hand. Bad for character and business practice. I would advise all Dr kirkland patients that Dr. Wolfe is not a PPO provider look else where. I feel bad because Jodi is a great hygienist.

I had my teeth cleaned by Lynsi today. She was fantastic! Lynsi was gentle, thorough and easy to talk to. Dr. Rowley did my exam. I was very nervous since it had been 5 years since I have had an exam but the team did an excellent job making me feel at ease. They discussed options to help my anxiety in the future and let me be involved in discussing treatment options (both of which were very important to me). I will gladly be referring my friends and family!

Love this office. Ive had three crowns, all of which did not take more than one hour each. They have this wonderful machine that takes picture of your teeth and makes the teeth. NO MORE MOLDS THAT HAVE TO BE PLACED IN YOUR MONTH. Absolutely the best and easiest procedure with the nicest people ever. I was fortunate to have CC as my assistant who took great care of me. Thank you to the entire office!!!

A coworker recommended Wolfe Dental to me as the only place he takes his family and I couldnt be happier with my own experience. The entire staff is kind, patient, caring, professional yet you get a almost family like feel from the entire staff. The dental hygienists are thorough and explain everything well.
