My husband Larry and I have been Dr. Busaccas patients for more than thirty years. We have always found him to be an excellent dentist. He genuinely cares about us as patients and takes the time to explain various procedures in a friendly, reassuring and respectful manner. His staff is well trained and efficient, which is a reflection of Dr. Busaccas leadership and high standards. We also appreciate his kindness and sense of humor. Its not everyone who can say theyve had a good laugh during an appointment with a dentist, but both Larry and I can, having done so with Dr. Busacca!

I went in after I had a tooth removed from Dr. Bowers on railroad. I had some leftover bone fragments that my mouth was trying to reject and developed a large bump on my gums. I went in to see Dr. Duffy. He was very friendly and kind through the whole process as was the entire staff. Lindsey, Dr. Duffys assistant was a huge pleasure and made the experience as comfortable as possible. I dont do well with dental work and Im always very nervous and anxious but I must say out of all trips Ive made to the dentist, I had my best experience at Bowers Dental Group.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bill Busacca for 8 years now. I have always had a good experience at Dr. Busaccas office in that he is an excellent dentist who really cares. His staff is conciencious and kind. I didnt know that going to the dentist could be such a relaxing experience until I met Dr. Bill Busacca. I trusted Dr. Busacca to reface 6 of my teeth with veneers (upper fron teeth). I am thrilled with my new smile and I am totally happy with the experience at his office. He has the best hygenists in town (fyi).

Overall my experience was very bad. He changed the price (higher, of course) in the middle of the procedure, and the work does not feel right when I bite down. I am scared to go back because I am sure he will make it even worse and charge even more. There are too many dentists around Shelton to go to Dr William J. Busacca for anything.

I have a severe periodontal disease which means I should have lost my teeth many years ago. I am now 69 years old and thanks to Dr. Busacca and his hygienists I have not lost one tooth to this disease. Over the past nine years, I have found his treatment plans reasonably priced and have never cost more than the original estimate.
