Gen Frustration

Docs are hit and miss. Theyre a number of H1B Visa Dr.s from the developing world. Good for them, not to good for their patients. Dont get me wrong, theyve all been nice, but dont have the same skills as American Doctors. This will prove annoying to you if you have a background in healthcare. Now their Med Aides are a whole other story. Waiting for lab results - keep waiting. They will never get it to you or relay any info to the Docs unless you take the time to drive down there. Additionally, their receptionists are horribly incompetent. Ive had them schedule wrong dates 3 times. We agree on the day and time, they write out an appointment reminder card and when the time comes - poof. All around an OK organization, but the management needs an overhaul to address these issues.
