This office billed me $80.00 for "non-intravenous conscious sedation". This amounted to one pill of Halcion. It can be purchased for 30 cents at WalMart. I am halfway through care and the plan includes billing me $175.00 for "non=intravenous conscious sedation" at next visit. As a nurse and care provider I am absolutely shocked at this. They claim the cost covered monitoring of me. The lady gave me a small pill, 1/2 cup of water and left the room. About 15 minutes late I was in the c chair for work to be done. There was no "monitoring", blood pressure, etc. At that rate, $79.70 for 10 minutes of "monitoring" I could have had a private neurosurgeon observe me and hold my hand. Unbelieveable. What if I had not caught this on my statement? I will drive to Portland to avoid being ripped off like this. How can I trust the medical care when they treat patients like this??

Dr. Kolodge and his staff are ROCK STARS! I had my wisdom teeth pulled here and had such a positive experience. The procedure started with a full conversation of what to expect with regard to time under, price, and healing process. After the procedure was complete Dr. K had another conversation with me, and my sister (she was driving me home) to make sure we understand the cleaning and care process. I was eating normal foods within 24 hours with little to no pain. I will absolutely return to Mt. View for any future oral care. Thanks, Mt. View Staff!

In my experience this place is nothing short of a CHOP SHOP !...I had a implant done here ...and have spent the last 4 years with NO FRONT TOOTH due to my gum tissue being cut away during the procedure. Leaving me with a implant which is basically a metal post drilled into my jaw bone that was completely UNUSABLE according to other specialist!!!!!!! I would NOT recommend this oral surgeon (as he calls himself) to ANYONE .

My children have received excellent care at Mt View Oral Surgery. From extractions to jaw care. Tender care and knowlege made all the difference in our journey. My husband is currently under care for implant treatment. Although the process will be long, their kindness and compassion,by all the staff, really means alot. We recommmend their services for all your dental needs.

First of all they scheduled me for two different days for my extraction. The receptionist straightened that out but I was shocked that their bill was more than double what they quoted me! Sure, going to sleep for an extraction is great but charging $600 extra for it is is appalling. Next time I will drive to Salem.

the dr and staff were very good courteous and attentive. i am a very anxious patient. one minute im talking next im waking up and they are telling me im done and did great. if i had to have oral surgury again i would come back here i highly recommend mountain view oral surgury to anyone needing their services.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth and one molar removed yesterday, this was my first time getting knocked out for any type of procedure. The Dr and staff were very friendly and professional.. It was a little on the spendy side however they were more than willing to work with me on payment. Very highly recommended
