I asked on my first visit if my teeth were worth trying to save because they are soft. I have already had a lot of crowns, old fillings and some teeth pulled and I had not seen a dentist in 5 yrs. They said anything can be fixed and I was a good candidate to keep my teeth and not go with dentures. My Insurance only covers 1500 yearly. I wanted my teeth cleaned but after an exam, I needed deep cleaning in one area first. I needed a root canal and crown and a tooth pulled and a filling that had to be done so I ran out of money. The second yr was another repeat, another root canal and another tooth pulled and out of money again and still no cleaning. The third yr started with a cracked tooth that might be savable with a root canal and crown. After the root canal I opted to wait on the crown until next yr because I wanted the deep cleaning and all teeth cleaned, they said I needed another exam , tooth pictures, x-rays , and now I did not have enough money for the deep cleaning that I was scheduled for that day. To make matters worse I was now informed I had 3 more cracked teeth that may need to be pulled if a root canal and crown does not work. This is what you need to Google and be prepared for for ANY Dentist BEFORE you go " 10 Signs Your Dentist is Ripping You Off ". My teeth were not worth saving but I was stupid for wasting 3 yrs and over 5,000 on this one before I figured I was a meal ticket. I never got my free teeth cleaning or never will I trust another Dentist. And for the record, the work that was done is First Class, you will not find a better Dentist.

Absolutely AMAZED!! Dr. Morgan, and the staff at Newberg Family Dental are simply amazing! Dr. Morgan actually came in and interviewed me. He asked about my fears during visits, my goals, WITHIN my financial reach! He understands the cost associated with dental work. He actually raised a good point during my procedure. He said that he didnt want to use my entire years worth of insurance on the this single procedure, and that perhaps could explore an "Option B." I also HAVE to mention that one of my biggest fears at the dentist is the shot in the mouth. Who enjoys that, Right??? Well, Dr. Morgan has a trick! He administered the first shot, as I was sitting there thinking, "Did he just give me a shot?" Right there, I knew I would have all my work done by him. During the interview, he asked me what I did for a living. He was actually able to use analogies during the procedure that related to my job as a machinist. It made perfect sense as he explained what he was doing, while comparing it something I would do in my job. His knowledge of machining was quite impressive as well! To sum it up: I have FINALLY found a dental practice that is of the real world. A staff that cares, and understands that this is a costly endeavor and offers options. They are good, down to earth, honest people that truly care. Thank you Dr. Morgan, and your incredible staff!!!

Im in Newberg on business from Seattle. Im here for an extended period so I decided to get a tooth capped and a cleaning that I had been putting off. Newberg Family Dental was the first place I found on the internet. My experience: They answered the phone when I called immediately, and I had no problem scheduling the appointment I needed. The pre-appointment paperwork was on the website so I didnt have to come in early to fill things out. Dr Morgan CALLED ME THE NIGHT BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT to say hello and get an idea of my expectations. I am a physician myself and believe me, this is unheard of. The waiting room was clean and the staff were great. My appointment started right on time. The hygienists are great, and talk you through everything. I had no questions left unanswered. Dr Morgan was great, and continuously asked how things could be improved. He was very honest about my options, and I have no doubt I was given the best but most economical options available. All-in-all this was the best dental experience Ive ever had, and that is not just lip-service. I would recommend this place to anyone. This is the first review Ive left on here, and I am a real patient.

Great experience with Dr. Morgan and Newberg Family Dental. For a while I had been noticing some signs of wear across my front teeth. It wasn’t anything urgent but was something that was concerning me so I talked to a couple of Dentists including a Specialist. Unfortunately, each of them came up with a time consuming, expensive procedure that was not anywhere in the realm of reason for me. However, Dr. Morgan was able to quickly come up with a much more modern and cost effective approach. The total procedure took about four hours. When we were finished, I looked in the mirror and couldn’t believe it. It was like stepping into a time machine. Suddenly, my teeth had the same look they had years ago! Dr. Morgan and staff are incredible. Several years ago I was having extreme jaw pain, but I wasnt sure if I should see a medical doctor or a dentist. I was referred to Dr. Morgan who carefully evaluated and determined the cause of my pain. After several appointments, Dr Morgans expertise and patience totally and completely eliminated my jaw pain. I recently returned for a checkup, and I was again impressed by the friendly and efficient staff. Thank you, Dr. Morgan and staff at Newberg Family Dental. Youre totally worth the seven hour drive!

Very impressed. I was on vacation and suffered a tooth injury. They got me in within an hour of calling. Hygienist was excellent who first examed me. Very knowledgeable on my issue. The dentist was great as well. I needed a crown but he recommended that I wait to get back home with my normal dentist. He certainly could has told me that it needed to be done immediately. I truly appreciated his knowledge and integrity. I would recommend this office very highly.

Went in because of a toothache and will stay a permanent patient. Randy immediately got me out of pain and solved my problem! Everything from my root canal to teeth cleaning has been 100 times better than any other dentist Ive been to. I can tell they take every effort to make sure all of their patients are comfortable and taken care of. They really care about you and your well being. Highly recommend Randy and his staff!

Everyone at this dental office was kind, helpful and professional. I can honestly say they went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I had a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist but Dr. Morgan was very understanding. The whole experience was surprisingly quick and as painless as possible, considering all the work I needed done!! :) Without a doubt I would recommend Newberg Family Dental to anyone!
