I have EXTREME anxiety when it comes to dentists but Dr. Jones was AWESOME. He is sweet and made my experience at his clinic amazing. I had a tooth pulled on a Tuesday. Normally I have VERY BAD pain the day after having a tooth pulled. I dont know what Dr. Jones did or didnt do but I had ZERO pain the day after the tooth was pulled. I will be recommending this office to everyone I know that is looking for a new dentist. They are all amazing people.

I have been calling for the last MONTH AND A HALF with a painful broken tooth. No answer, no call backs from voice messages left, no text replies... I cant imagine how they do any business ignoring customers that are assigned to them as a primary dentist. Ill be letting my insurer know and requesting a different dentist. This is just ridiculously poor patient care.

Forgot to put a tooth for extraction in the referral to oral surgeon. The surgeon said its happend more then once from this dentist before. also their excuse was that i agreed to have the tooth they left out of referral for an in office visit removal. Which is wrong and they ignored my request

I dont typically leave negative reviews, but we left two voice mail messages over the past two weeks with Crisdental, and neither was returned. We arent new patients, so Im confused why they didnt call back. (I might give them one more chance by calling during business hours...)

They are amazing, I was terrified of the dentists before going to Crisdental Newberg Due to a bad dentist in California they showed me comfort and made me feel good about being there.. the staff are completely amazing people! I would never change they are my forever dentist!

they just fixed my cavities i had and when the dentist filled the cavities one is not all the way filled so i will be talking to them very soon. u should not be filling the sharp part of your tooth where they didnt fill it in...

Havent ever been there but have called 4 times over the past month, during business hours, and no one answers. Ive left messages and have had zero luck getting someone to call me back to schedule an appointment.
