Okay lets face it, nobody likes having extractions done. In fact, most of us dont like having to see the dentist, but the entire staff at Shoreview Dental was fantastic and made the experience... actually pleasant. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, the oral surgeon was kind as well as being thorough in his explanation of the surgery itself, including offering a play by play during the extraction so I was aware at all times of what sounds or sensations that I was experiencing. He gave a clear and concise instruction for after care, the dental assistants were friendly and attentive. Honestly, I have never had a more pleasant experience at any dental office! I certainly hope that I dont have to see the oral surgeon again

My wife had a bad treatment here were they worked on the wrong tooth that had nothing wrong and it is falling out now. Tried to schedule an emergency removal of the tooth that was destroyed because it is extremely painful. Couldnt get us in for 2 months... We changed providers. On a side note I dont think the dentist is working there anymore. Best of luck, roll the dice.

I showed up for my 2 kids back to back appts for them to tell me that they canceled my appt because I didnt call them the day before to confirm your appt. I have never missed an appt with them, myself and all three of my kids will not be going back. They didnt even try to fit them in.
