Great looking office and at first the staff seem really helpful. The problem is I called with the intent to get some invisiline services transferred to their facility and I got completely ignored. When I called to make the appointment I told the receptionist exactly why I wanted. I was told I had to pay for a consultation which would include a check up. That was understandable even though I was not there for repairs. I made it incredibly clear I wanted to do invisiline at their facility. I made the appointment and paid the check out. I never received any word in regards to my invisiline treatment transfer. I never even received any idea as to what it would cost to continue treatment. I checked in three times within a month after my visit. Over a month later I got word that the dentist had not submitted my paperwork for the transfer. The receptionist checked and found the papers were on his desk. I cancelled my treatment. They never sent in my paperwork and they still charged me. The people at Ensley Orthodontics didnt even charge me to look at my teeth. They even performed x rays and a cleaning. I know it takes time to perform work including check outs and time IS money. However I did not get what I paid for. They did not facilitate to the only reason for my visit. They dont care. They did not even offer any refund even after knowing and acknowledging they did not provide me the information I paid for. So essentially I paid for something I was not interested in and what I really wanted to know which is why I came in to begin with just got ignored.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but for the Bridgeport Smiles Family Dental office ... I have too. My experience with both (husband and wife dental team) Dr. Nguyens has been remarkable. I went there after not going to the dentist for several years. I had some fear associated with going again. Dr. Nguyen was so gentle, nice, and the work that I had to get was painless with great customer service. The office is friendly, clean, technologically advanced, and very calming. I took my girlfriend there the very next month. She also stated that it was the best experience she ever had at a dentist. Thank you to Amelia, Jenean, and both Dr. Nguyens.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bruce and Dr. Kari since the first time they located at Bridgeport. They both are incredibly awesome and skillful ~ very gentle, very nice. They both are very friendly too! I think they are the best dentists ever! Their staff members are friendly too. I wished I had a dental assistant degree so that I could work for them. They treat their staff very well. One day I went in and they just had a little baby shower party for one of their staff who was expecting. They also have a message chair, Ipad to play with while waiting in addition to a variety of reading materials. This place is awesome!

Just like most people, when it comes to go to the dentist, I used to put it off. but looks like that is going to change. thanks to Bridgeport smiles. In general very nice staff. But Drs. Bruce and Kary really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Now, the one person that made the biggest difference is Amelia. I believe she went above and beyond to do the work for me, and to answer all my questions. Very sweet and knowledgeable, If the routine to go to the dentist was every week, I would not miss any appointment. Special thanks to all of you. Antonio.

First let me say… I do not look forward to dental appointments and I admit I put them off even though I know its good for me. All of that will be changing for me because of Bridgeport Smiles and Dr. Nguyen! My first visit was fantastic; their office is immaculate and state of the art! The staff was amazing and very friendly, everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and like I was a personal friend not just a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to all of my family and friends!

I recommend anyone to choose Bridgeport Smiles as their family dentist. My 6 year old daughter and I have been going to them for over a year now and and will continue to. The whole staff is wonderful. Starting with Jenean at the front desk to Dr. Nguyen the best Dentist around. He is very gentle, makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cares. I have been a patient here for several years. They have always been extremely professional and courteous. My employer changed insurance three times but theyve taken all three providers. I was recently in for two fillings and my experience was as good as I could have hoped in that situation. They even called me later in the day to make sure everything was feeling okay. They never seem to try and recommend unnecessary work. I highly recommend this dentist!

The personalized attention, the warmth of the staff, Dr Bruce and Dr Kari are incredible. I was fearful of going to the dentist for years until my partner and I met Dr Bruce. He goes so slow and treats your mouth so gently that now when I see my appointments in my calendar it feels like I am going to the Spa instead of a dentist! Very professional, courteous, friendly, and top quality dental work. Love them!
