When I moved to Portland in 2001, my upstairs neighbor recommended Dr. Day to me as a chiropractor. He was conveniently located and I was willing to try someone new. I have never been disappointed and I am not sure I would have been able to maintain my grueling work schedule if I didn’t have him in my corner. Not only has he kept me functioning from day to day but has brought me back from a car accident three years ago and is currently treating me for a car accident in November of 2013. There are several reasons why I rate this chiropractor so highly. First, he is an advocate of patient education. He strongly believes in helping people to understand their bodies so they can make better life choices and lead healthier lives. Second, he is innovative and willing to try new treatment modalities as needed by the individual. He is not a "one treatment fits all" kind of chiropractor. Third, being a chiropractor is not a job for this man, but a calling. He is unfailingly upbeat and inspired when patients report improvement. Dr. Day wants every patient to be as healthy as possible. Last but not least, is the office staff. These people are efficient, kind and amazingly helpful. They always work me into the schedule if I have an emergency and I always feel as if I am with family when we get a chance to talk. If you are looking for chiropractic care in the Portland area, give Dr. Day a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Day has been very patient and persitent in helping me with my long-term posture challenges. This not a problem that can be easily fixed. Dr. Day works with me both on the treatment level and on the psychological level. At my request, Doctor Days staff measures my posture status before and after every visit. The way in which the doctor schedules treatments allows for extraordinary flexibilty in meeting MY ever-changing schedule. We regularly dialog relating my spiritual relationship with trees and my desire to "stand tall" when I lead groups. All this helps me stay motivated to do the work I need to do to improve my posture AND to fulfill my dreams. .

While Dr. Day is a Portland chiropractor I actually met him up in Washington State when he was up here for a visit. At the time I was having some significant back pain and he was kind enough to take a look and give me an adjustment out of office! It helped a lot and I was very appreciative of his spontaneous nature and willingness to help.

After an auto accident I came to Day Chiropractic for treatment. The treatment I have received has helped me tremendously. I would recommend Him to anybody experiencing neck, back or other discomfort. The staff are professional and courteous, it is always a pleasure to visit the office.
