I recently moved to the Portland area and was receiving excellent care for my mental health in my old state. I brought all my records and expected no issues getting the mental health meds that I need and have worked for me. On my first visit here upon explaining my diagnosis to Dr. Asher and letting her know I was on disability she rudely told me"your on disibility for that?" With a snotty look. I was appalled but I let it go. They set me up with a second visit with Dr. Kirby. Shes a young residential dr yet acted like a know it all. She tried to completely change around my meds, wanted further testing done on my diagnosis (mind you Ive been through many many tests through my life and my diagnosis is pretty clear) she told me she wanted to drug test me and drug test me every visit. That was it for me.. I will not allow some doctor who doesnt know a thing about me and is quite frankly brand new to the gig tell me what meds work for me and what dont. Needless to say I took my services elsewhere and found an amazing dr who is accommodating all my mental health needs. Screw this place!! A complete waste of time!!

Only a couple of people there treat me with respect. The rest of the staff are extremely rude and treat you like an idiot without even knowing anything about you. I saw Dr Jeffrey Barret and at first he held a lot of respect for me. Then, without provocation treated me like garbage. He would rush the appointment even though I got there 30 minutes early and was seen in 5. When I told him my symptoms, he wouldnt do any further research and ask me questions about other symptoms I may be having that may be linked to the cause. He automatically assumed Im a pill junky even though I dont drink or do any kind of drugs since Im a dedicated athletete. I dont do steroids or even preworkout formulas because I feel like its cheating. He was very unprofessional and was easily defensive. But, I guess you get what you pay for

I cant say Ive had any issues other than my doctor and I have the same days off. I usually see Dr. Barrett, who is helpful, understanding, and explains things in a clear manner. The mental health side of things is understaffed unfortunately. Ive had some slow responses and less than stellar interactions on that side. My only real complaint about this clinic is where they send your for referrals. None of the referrals Ive had from here have been positive experiences. Blood work, x-rays, GI, all of them have been disappointing.

Everytime, Dr. Jeffrey Berret has been rude and short. Everytime he says he doesnt have enough time to see you. Everytime he asks weird questions about other things that seem to not have relation to the illness, but doesnt explain why. He makes you feel like youre hiding something from him. He doesnt listen. He doesnt give you referrals to specialists. He just doesnt want to do his job. If hes overworked, then maybe its the scheduling dept.s issue to troubleshoot.

Everything is in one place dental, mental, pharmacy and doc! Still not worth going. Rude, not clean environment.. they make you feel like scum. Front desk has no paitence for the paitent. Never able to complain to a supervisor, complaint not felt with just swept under right. Oh and this morning already on hold from 8:05 this morning it is now 9:15 and still on hold as I type.

This is the worst clinic Ive ever been too!! If youre looking to be judged, labeled, and/or disregarded then this is the perfect place to go. This is place is a nose and throat clinic. If you have any other medical issues, Id advise you go somewhere else. I would have given 0 stars if it was an option.

I dont think Ive ever gotten better care than at this clinic. I have been treated kindly, competently and with respect. I got thorough treatment from doctor and dentists. Im seen on time -- no long waits. And the pharmacy is great. Im grateful that they have taken such good care of me.

Im not getting more Refills for prescription even though its my Primary medication I have always 0 Refills for 2 of the Medicine but why I dont know. Without medicine I get sickness even I miss one medicine. So SOUTHEAST HEALTH CENTRE needs some changes

We went there to have our childs teeth examined and they lied about the price. We were quoted $25 and they billed us $80. For 15 minutes.
