This place will kill you. I went to this office 1 1/2 years ago. My doctor then was alright. Gave me the mess I have been of for 8 years. Did his job. I moved to Texas and just recently came back. Ever since has been a nightmare. I have been off my meds for 6 months because the PA (shes not even a doctor) said they dont like giving stimulants to adults and gave me Wellbutrin. Mind you I have been given this medication through them for a long time before I moved. I tried her advice, obviously didnt work. So she finally let me set up with some online psychiatrist to see about getting me back on my meds. Only one lady there tried to get a exception and my PA said no. The worst thing however is, I am having very concerning things happening to me. Large solid masses you can feel and see protruding from my abdomen. Very very large. I have been non stop vomiting for 3 months straight. Cant stand without being drenched in sweat (I have never really broke a sweat in my whole life). I have lost 20 lbs in less then 2 months (probably more but the mass is adding extra weight). When I told her about the mass, she sat at her computer and said "its probably a pocket of air...) no examination, nothing. Its been 4 months and I should have already been referred to a rhummy for my lupus. Also she said she would order medication for my vomiting and didnt. . I have been so sick she agreed that I cant work till everything is cleared up and then put 11 hours on the temp disability sheet and gave to her nurse to give to me. She refused to talk to me. How can she feel I can do that many hours without asking me what I can and cant do? I had a appt with my work and I broke a sweat and vomited just sitting doing paperwork for 20 mins. Now we have to suffer and she refused to talk to me about it at all... This has been a very horrible experience. I switched insurance companies and will never go back there. A child could provide better medical care. Its very hard being so sick and scared and the people who are supposed to help you, refuse to do so. Please dont go here unless you need a vaccine or have a cold. If you have a serious condition, this place will kill you.

I have wasted 2 and a half years going here and they always send you elsewhere to actually get medical care. The first time Im having a emergency problem that I went to urgent care that sent me to the ER that gives you 3 days of medication and says to follow up with your primary doctor for more medication and refers you to a specialist, your primary doctor refuses to help with pain medicine because to many people get addicted to it..... Nevermind the fact that youre disabled and have have daily pain but have only asked for pain medicine once before, youre still looked upon like a drug seeking addict! The specialist was shocked that the doctor refuses me pain medicine and said he could only give me a couple days worth and a referral to physical therapy which you cant get into for at least a week, I had also been told to request a bone density test and my "primary doctor" says she wont order it the specialist will, he was also shocked by that! I ended up having a reaction to the medication he prescribed and went back to my "primary doctor" here at CHC just to be told that I have been to too many doctors asking for pain medicine!!!! HELLO, if anyone would give me more than 3 days worth I wouldnt have to ask! I got 6 days of pain medicine out of the 3 and 12 weeks Ive been trying to get help. They even stopped my muscle relaxer medication, telling me that I shouldnt be on it although its been a medicine Ive been on for a year and actually need more now than ever!! They do gossip about you too and they are not shy about it. Its sad because I now have to start over somewhere else and pray I find a doctor that cares. The nurses always seem very nice here though. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Expect to wait at least 45 minutes (if you arrive 15 minutes early) to be seen! Usually longer.

I can attest to the fact that CHC in Spanaway is run by the most weaselly, incompetent, and all around soulless individuals in the Community. They are untrustworthy and will harm your health if you allow them to. The front desk Receptionist women need a lesson in humility by some Samoan chicks or something. They act tough, like theyre bringing the streets into the building. Rude undertones, while speaking a mixture of Spanish and English just for the sole purpose of being deceitful without you knowing. That place should be leveled and re-built, then staffed by AMERICANS who care about other AMERICANS. While my Husband was seeing his Doctor, I sat there and listened to the 2 Hispanic women gossip for an hour straight instead of working. They were talking about some guy and how he did this and that. Patients were lining up at the window being ignored until those 2 Women "were ready" to serve them. They were snotty in person and even worse on the phone! We now go to a different CHC just because of them. Come on CHC! You have these nit-wits believing they are actually important, just because they know you need bi-lingual speakers. Fire them asap, then re-hire people who can "understand" Spanish accents without having to actually speak Spanish. It would change the whole dynamic that place 100%. Until then, stay away people!

I wanted to have a TB skin test done on a Friday, to be read the following Monday. First, the receptionist told me no, because they are closed on Sunday. I explained that they have up to 72 hours to read the results. She put me on hold to talk to the nurse. She then made an appointment for 10:30 on Friday and 2:30 on Monday. I told her that would be past the 72 hours. She insisted thats what the nurse wanted. I hope they realize that most people requesting a TB skin test are probably in the healthcare field, and understand the proper procedures, which this clinic obviously doesnt. This is pretty basic stuff that anyone in the healthcare field should know. I really dont think they know what theyre doing.

I can attest to the fact that this company is shady. I have a personal UPS account that I use to ship packages to family and friends. This company has gives shippers my UPS account number 3 times and asks the shippers to send the merchandise collect. That way they dont have to pay for the shipment. I have had all the charges cancelled and UPS billed the shippers who probably never collected the shipping charges.A good scam to get free shipping. I wonder if they even pay for the merchandise...

VERY INCONVENIENT. Unable to leave voicemail to be called back to schedule an appointment. Spoke to someone on Sunday saying, "To call when clinic opens." Whats the after hours call use for...only emergency call. Is it not 911 are there for? #NeighborcareHealth #SWEDISH #HMC #UW Primary/Clinics are able to leave message to be called back. If its about patient care...wheres the care to be called back. #TRUTH.
