After receiving treatment for reattachment of two of my three hamstring muscles which was reasonably effective, I came to Nick and his staff for post knee surgery therapy on the same leg. After tearing my ACL and part of my MCL in a skiing accident, I was concerned that my hamstring injury and knee injury would be the end of my running and skiing. Nick and his staff put me through my paces. It was not easy, but it was effective. My knee has returned stronger and I have confidence in that leg to run long distances and that it will take a beating on the slopes. I am now being treated for a shoulder injury, that is in may ways much harder to diagnose due to a partial dislocation. and inflammation inside the socket. Nick took time to accurately diagnose the problem and has given me much more flexibility with almost no pain. It is a process but I know that I am in the best hands. It doesnt come without discomfort, but you will receive the most effective physical therapy for your injury.

I had the need to see Nick for shoulder Pain going into my arm. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem through a thorough examination. He then showed me a series of simple stretches to a few times a day. It wasnt long that i was seeing results. As I got it got better he would then progress my treatment with more stretches and resistance. He showed me every exercise even took a few photos while i did them with my phone to make sure i would do the and do them right. I also appreciated all the reminder calls to keep things on track. All better now, A huge THANK YOU for your service.

I was referred to Nick by my neurologist for back pain due to spinal stenosis. He is fun to work with and very encouraging. I always felt I was getting quality evaluations and therapies, based on current medical science. He was helpful in making me see what exercises and activities I could do to improve back pain but also what to avoid that was making me worse. He understands how important it is to have a fun active life despite the challenges of degenerative joint and disc disease.
