So, my introduction to Elite Physical Therapy was through a friend of mine who had been in a motorcycle accident and needed exhaustive and fairly long term Physical Therapy. On a regular basis, I had the privilege of bringing her to her appointments as she was not able to drive for awhile. During that time I got to watch a very impressive recovery as she transitioned throughout different phases of her therapy. I would not consider myself an easy assessor as I work in the medical field, and have myself worked in a fair amount of rehab and therapy intensive areas. I remember thinking when she graduated from her therapy, that if I ever needed therapy, these would be my people! Unfortunately, due to an on the job injury that time came upon me last February (2014), I was immediately referred for a physical therapy evaluation. We did not know for sure what was wrong, and it was a lengthy process to diagnose. There is a set system in place that must be followed when it is a job related injury, the staff at Elite are exceptional communicating what to expect in this system and how it works, which was very comforting in a relatively uncomfortable time in my life. I believe that while in therapy my health has improved dramatically, the progress since surgery has been better than I expected and this is directly a result of the knowledgeable, experienced, and positively focused physical therapists I have had the great privilege to work with. I was referred to Elite Physical Therapy by my Neurologist after a severe motorcycle accident. As you can imagine, several things needed attention. My therapist was Anna, and I found her to be personable as well as knowledgeable. She utilizied electro therapy for my drop foot, and she worked extensively on troubleshooting ways to help me regain my balance. During the months of therapy, I was always greeted with a friendly smile and encouraging words. The folks at Elite were very flexible with my shedule to accomodate those who drove me to therapy. I can say wholeheartedly that I have benefited measureably from the therapy I received from the staff at Elite Physical Therapy. I would recommend this organization to anyone in recovery.

I am so thankful for all of the staff at Elite!! I am a distance runner, and I was in Tacoma for a couple weeks to compete in a half marathon. I had a nagging Achilles injury, that almost prevented me from running, and then a friend recommended Elite. Not only were the therapists personable and friendly, I was able to run my race with minimal to no pain (with only 2 visits!!!).The stretches and home exercises they provided have helped me manage my pain since. After my great experience with PT, I decided to schedule a post race massage, and that made my plane ride home much more tolerable! Thank you again!

Anna and her team are amazing. After hurting my back (disc bulge) and being so terrified of having to have surgery I started visiting Elite PT. 15 visits and 3 months later I am pain free and exercising again..It was a very painful and emotional journey and Anna and her staff did one hell of a job alleviating not only my condition but also my fears. Counseling me on what to expect, the treatment needed to correct it and ways to avoid injury again.Getting the appointment times I needed were never a problem.I even received phone calls FROM Anna to check in on me between appointments! If you are looking for a great physical therapy experience come to Elite. All of the staff is incredibly friendly and down to earth. They have flexible hours- as late as 5:45 pm- which I found really helpful. Other places I had been to were bigger corporate companies I had felt rushed- like they were trying to push me out of there. Lucas was my therapist, although the staff as a whole seemed like they were of the same caliber- the super awesome kind. I just finished last week and I am now at 100% :) Thanks again Elite!

I first came in contact with the Elite team while my mother was undergoing PT for a shoulder injury that was deemed irreparable without surgery. Fortunately, she managed to recovery fully with the extensive help of Anna and the rest of the crew. As an RN Im consistently dealing with back/shoulder/neck pain. Erin was wonderful as a massage therapist, professional and approachable. I cannot sing high enough praises for the team at Elite Physical Therapy and I will continue to refer all of my friends and colleagues.

Was scheduled on a Friday for the following Monday and advised the receptionist that I would bring my claim adjusters information with me. Showed up and was turned away. These folks are inadequate in providing information necessary for receiving care that is very much needed, and on a short term basis.

Elite PT is a place where you will receive hands on treatment by wonderful staff. They go out of their way to communicate the issue to you so that you understand how to manage the problem. Wonderful staff!

Good for your mom, but not so much for athletes. Much more robust operation right across the street (Pearl). Young staff seems to consult youtube for therapy. Very little equipment.
