My Doctors sent me to Silverdale Physical Therapy to try to reduce the severe pain I was experiencing from a Bulging disc in my C6/C7. When I started I could barely walk or stand due to intense pain. I was assigned to Steve Goldrick who created a program that would increase flexibility while reducing the constant pain. After a couple weeks I started to see improvement. In the time frame laid out in the program I reduced the overall pain by 90%. I now can walk and do most of my daily activities without much pain. The entire staff at the Silverdale location were extremely personable and supportive. Not many places in todays world can you go where everyone remembers your name...just like the bar in Cheers. After my therapy sessions had concluded they provided me with a 30 day membership at the adjacent club to continue my rehab. In the past I have tried several Physical Therapy places and I can honestly say the Silverdale location of Kitsap Physical Therapy was bay far the best. I recommend it 100%. Tell them Skip sent you.

I have been treated for different needs at four different physical therapy clinics in Kitsap County and KPT in Silverdale ranks far above the others. From the helpful, courteous staff that greets you at the door to the physical therapist and assistants, treatment is five-star all the way around. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Steve Goldrick was my PT. While every other clinic got a routine going and went into "auto-pilot," Steve asked questions at every appointment and followed with treatment to help. I was amazed at the amount of different exercises and treatments he used; and always addressing the issue successfully. I recommend KPT-Silverdale highly!

I am truly grateful that I was referred to Kitsap Physical Therapy. I am 75 yo, have RA, osteoarthritis, two ruptured disks, stenosis, and occasional bursitis. When I started PT, I was using a cane and nearly weeping with every step. After working with Steve Goldrick and Lynn for c. 16 sessions, I have tossed the cane and have been pain free for two months. Ive enrolled in the clinics Next Step program to maintain core strength. I hadnt been pain-free for nearly 5 years! There are no words express my thanks.

I went to Kitsap Physical Therapy for 7 visits to recover from a knee injury. Steve Goldrick was my therapist and I was very pleased with his service and the results. Steve first worked to reduce the pain and inflammation. He then gave me some additional exercises and stretches I could do on my own. These exercises have strengthened the muscles surrounding the knee and given me better balance to enable me to run again pain free. Again, Im very satisfied with my results and would recommend them to others.

I grew up on a 200 acre orchard, lifting 50lb boxes of apples, pears, peaches...picking veggies, weeds and wind falls. Ive always had back pain, I just thought it was a part of my life until I saw Thayne Bosh a McKenzie Specialist at Kitsap Physical Therapy in Silverdale. He took the time to teach me about the mechanics of my back, how to manage my back pain and prevent future flare ups. Now at the end of my day, if/when I can barely stand up, I have the tools to relieve the pain..priceless!

I had left and right shoulder surgery in 2015 and 2016. Started pre surgery therapy in January 2015 and finished up on post surgery therapy in May 2016 for both shoulders. I have had Dave and Eileen for my PT during that time and have been very satisfied with my therapy. I had a lot of questions of what and why they were doing what they were doing. I was given answers that I could understand. Staff was always very helpful.

Its no wonder that my surgeon trusts and recommended them. Ive just finished my third rehab process (two shoulder surgeries and recovery from a back injury), and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
