This place never calls you back, never answers their phone and always loses your referrals. Ive had to go back to my doctor several times to get new referrals. Then once they have your referral and your insurance approves you, they will let the time run out the 30 days and you have to go back and get another referral and go through that approving process again. Im done with them Im going somewhere else. However, the Physical Therapy staff is amazing, wish the front desk staff could get their act together and actually care about somebody. Worst customer service EVER!
