BIPT is simply the best. Ive been a patient with Garett Jacobson regularly for months. Ive had the most progress with PT there than anywhere else Ive tried. Id recommend even for serious issues including post back surgery, arthritis, joint & muscle pain. The staff are all so friendly, personal and caring. Im so happy about the new space on Madison, no more stairs to climb...yayy! Id totally recommend and theyre still in Premera network btw. Finally, I cant help myself but say that anyone who is going to write a bad review due to a mistake in scheduling probably needs to see a psycho-therapist, not a physical therapist. Thats just a mean thing for anyone to say and totally unfounded.

Dont be fooled BIPT at least the receptionist does not give a dam about their patients. I called to schedule appointments on Thursday June 2nd 2016, after rearranging my all my other appointments for 2 weeks they called me the same day of the first appointment to cancel them because they were with different therapists. Really this is how much you care about your patients? Pathetic.
